Lovely restaurant and ambiance. Staff were great n helpful n friendly. Food was delicious. My steak of the day dish was a little greasy/oily but my steak was cooked well. Friday night had a set menu (2 courses $70 or 3 courses $80 with bread n butter included. I chose 2 courses - chicken croquettes and then steak of the day. Happy hour from 530-630pm. (Glass of wine $8, selectied beer $6 n selected cocktails $12). Enjoyable evening.

The restaurant looks great, the decor etc is very well done although a number of things are not quiet as welll done.
If you are attempting to portray a fine dining image the very first tjing you need is table cloths, this will dress the room and add a sense of class.
Next is have well trained staff up front to greet the patrons and show them to a seat, all restaurants seat people strategically to make the place look busier etc. The food,
I ordered the bread with dipping sauces to start, i got 2 small dinner rolls that had been microwaved for too long and gone hard along with melted butter, vinegarette, and something else not sure what it was. I know its only bread but seriously.
I got a nice bottle of wine for the meal that was ok, then i had the waygu steak that was good eventhough it came out well done, i did ask for med rare, you dont make that mistake with an expensive steak, first it had prawns on top? Then it was swimming literally in a white bernaise type of sauce and that was on a thick layer of a vegetable puree, i had to dig and scrape to find the steak. A chef should know to put the sauce around the star of the dish and not cover it up, i couldnt have a bite of the meat without getting sauce and some thick kind of puree all over it.
This was the most expensive steak on the menu and chef needs to look at how this is served up, also on the plate was a piece of overcooked brocolini and 2 halves of carrot that were undercooked. Everything seemed to have that microwave feel to it.
I understand it was a midweek and the place wasnt busy but its no wonder if locals know what they serve.
Its a shame as the 2 girls were trying very hard and the restaurant looks really good also the steak itself was good, i finished with a crumble and icecream and that was also good.
The girls did not once come near me to ask how my meal was or to even top my glass, i had to wave my arms to get a glass of water.
Someone has spent a considerable amount of time and money on the restaurant and its a shame to see the food take the limelight for the wrong reasons.
I will be back in town so i hope theu make a couple of small changes for the better

Hands down one of the nicest dining experiences I’ve had. Food was above expectation, stale cooked perfect, Lamb even better and portions… well enough. Set menu I’ll say is the best for its price, plenty of selections. Service was also impeccable, James was a pleasure to deal with on both evenings, vital service for the establishment. Atmosphere is also really nice, moody and sleek perfect for a romantic evening or birthday/anniversary celebration.

Overall, I would highly suggest The Pinnicals for that special occasion, or like me… traveling for work.

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Pinnacles Restaurant, and it was truly an unforgettable experience. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with warm, attentive service that made us feel right at home. The ambiance is both cozy and sophisticated, with beautifully designed interiors that create the perfect setting for any occasion.

The menu is a culinary masterpiece, offering a diverse selection of dishes crafted with fresh, high-quality ingredients. I highly recommend the slow cooked ribs which was bursting with flavor and perfectly balanced.

What truly sets Pinnacles apart is the attention to detail—not just in the food but in every aspect of the dining experience. The staff was knowledgeable about the menu and offered excellent recommendations, while the service was prompt and friendly without feeling rushed. The chef Diana is an incredible cook- everyone should taste her food at least once!

Whether you’re looking for a romantic dinner, a special celebration, or just a fantastic meal with friends, Pinnacles Restaurant is the place to be in Wagga. I can’t wait to return and explore more of their amazing menu. Highly recommended!

There is plenty of parking, it's easy to find, they have an inclusive menu and their atmosphere is great. The food was great and definitely lived up to its price. The staff were friendly and the music was pleasant.

Newest review - as of coming here a second time for my 18th birthday we were very disappointed in the new menu.

The prices were the same but the food quality was not. The food was tastless and cooked wrong.

Both steaks were overcooked. The ragu and polenta was tastless and I didn't even get a happy birthday from the staff.

The service was also awful which is ridiculous because there was a total of 5 other customers. Serious lack of care in this new menu. Very disappointing.

Wouldnt recommend coming here for dinner.

We’ve been the restaurant a couple of times for birthdays and with friends. Each time has been such a pleasant experience and we are always left feeling so welcomed. The food is exceptional and such decent portions. The cocktails are delicious as well. For us what makes it is the waitress ladies who welcome our 1 year old son and have a conversation with him - specially Mikayla! They always go above and beyond and ensure he has his food and offers us extras if needed and we truely appreciate this experience. We are truely grateful that not only do they offer their customers a welcoming smile and conversation, they do it with the little people as well. So thank you so much for the welcoming and positive experience! We will definitely be back before we leave Wagga!

Food was amazing, we had the chorizo arancini, soft shell crab, eye fillet and beef ribs…. So good, and the dessert tasting plate was to die for!
The staff were friendly and really enjoyable to chat with.
Will definitely be heading back very soon!
My new favourite restaurant!

At first I was pleasantly surprised at the atmosphere of the restaurant and also how accommodating the staff were to give us a quiet table as my father is hard of hearing.
However, the steak was awful. No char at all, it looked like it had been boiled and it was cooked through not medium rare as requested.
