What an absolutely fantastic dining experience! Pigeon Hole in Hobart, Tasmania exceeded all our expectations😍. We were searching for comfort food that would truly satisfy, and this was precisely the right place 🤩.
Every dish we tried was delicious - we found ourselves delighted with each new plate that arrived at our table. The soup was phenomenal, warming and flavorful. The burritos were incredible too! In fact, everything we ordered hit the perfect note of comfort and quality.🥳

Love Pigeon Hole! It’s a fantastic spot to enjoy a weekend brunch with family or a relaxed weekday meal solo. While it’s not cheap, the prices feel spot on for the quality. We always leave feeling like we’ve had good value for money. The food is mostly sourced from their own paddocks, and you can truly taste the freshness. My go-to is usually the omelette, but there are plenty of great options, and they regularly update their specials. My wife and I consider it our favourite brunch spot in Hobart.

The best sourdough bread I have eaten so far. Great food and what attracts even more is their farm to table fresh produces. They had the best homemade mixed berry jam too. Great food combined with excellent service it was and Pigeon Hole Hobart will have a special place in my heart 😍💝

Food is very fresh and tasty.
The pear & chocolate muffin wasn't your typical muffin shape, I'd say an 'ugly/uneven shaped one but was devine! Highly recommend Pigeon Hole!!!

Lovely atmosphere. The staff are friendly. Food is superb. I ordered baked eggs with sourdough and extra bacon. It was delicious. However i ordered a chai latte but that wasn't the best. My friend ordered a latte also slightly strong. Overall it was a good experience..

Omg 😍🤩😛 this might be the best breakfast place i have been to. Everything we got was sensational. We had to over eat to try more, having the big breakfast, sweet waffles, soup, and coffees. Literally 10/10 for everything! A MUST when in Hobart.
Free street parking near by. Menu has lots of gluten free and dairy free options and many of the items are fresh from their farm. Just divine - Yum!!!!
