My English is not that good, but I know the basics like ordering a meal, at the checkout I ordered 2 plates of eggs Benedict (both plates the same with bacon and cheese) I spent several minutes at the checkout because the person who was there did not understand what "BOTH PLATES THE SAME PLEASE" means, he proceeded to show me the screen where he was billing and I saw it but it is their billing system and it is not easy to understand for everyone, so I proceeded to repeat the order again, it should be noted that he was 0 patient and made gestures of stress and scratched his head showing me that he was annoyed with my order, once the order arrived at the table, a plate arrived without bacon, so we proceeded to tell the waitress that the 2 plates should be the same, with bacon and cheese both, she responded telling us that she will verify, a minute later the person who took my order arrived, telling me that HE HAD SHOWED ME THE SCREEN, to which I replied that I made a mistake, and I asked him to tell me that he had ... order and that understanding the screen was not my job, we simply wanted him to add the bacon to the other plate and that was it, the person did not solve us and simply took the food away and told us to leave, to which my friend reacted and a strong argument ensued, I have worked in customer service for several years and what I am going to say is that EVERYTHING is wrong with this place, from the moment I placed the order I noticed that something was going to go wrong, it cost him nothing to tell us, calm down I will just put the bacon on the other plate and THAT'S IT. The worst experience I have ever had in my entire life in a restaurant and it should be noted that I have been in Australia for 2 years so I know perfectly well how to order something in a restaurant.

Decided to take my money elsewhere now, suddenly now being overcharged $5.50 for a coffee, doesn't taste that good anyway!!! AND I DON'T HAVE SKIM MILK....your service levels dropped way too much now - staff turnover is too high now like they don't know whats going on - must be that bad! and there's no point trying to laugh it off like a Hyena that won't work either!!! So rude about it all in front of me as well, so bloody unprofessional, I'm watching your actions woman at the front and it sucks that bad, your customer service is out of order!!! I treat you with respect and even say Good morning, and you don't give a crap about even answering! Come back Sylvia please you made the best coffee and you were so nice to me and I miss you!

Always a positive experience at this local cafe. The staff seem to really care about their customers, remembering regular orders and following customer requests. They’re always up for a good chat and friendly banter. The coffee here is also unmatched.They make my favourite soy vanilla latte! Food here has also always satisfied me. Always crave the chicken soba noodle salad here. 5/5 cafe!

Best Café in the Area!
This place undoubtedly has the best coffee. Their breakfast wrap is a must-have and has become a tradition for our running group after every run. The friendly staff and cozy atmosphere make it even better. Highly recommend!

Ordered a flat white take away. For some reason the barista shout ‘flat white’ and I thought it’s my turn and the cashier pull the coffee back and didn’t say anything, then the customer after me go grab his coffee and leaving that flat white on the table and she somehow said to me it’s your flat white without further explanation. The coffee been sitting there for several minutes. It’s cold already. So I don’t understand what was going on. The staffs does not seem to care or follow up who order what and just shout the coffee out and ignore everything. Will go to marina square for coffee from now on. MUCH BETTER SERVICE THERE.

A group of us are here for breakfast almost every Wednesday after our 10km , morning run. Breakfast wraps are our favourite. I think it's time to try something different after 6 months having the same food & drinks ? Staff are friendly, we'll keep running and keep coming
