Had acrylic tips done and two weeks later made an appointment to have the gel and tips removed. The lady who did it made such a mess with my nails as she filed all the nails down to almost nothing. Now sitting with very thin nails, breaking and tearing into my flesh. To top it off I was charged R270. for a botched job. Will never go back and am now looking for someone who can fix my nails. They are in a terrible state.

The worst waxing experience I’ve ever had. The ladies were friendly but not very professional. Half way through my full arm wax they ran out of wax so I had to wait while they melted the wax in warm water. I was burnt several times on my bikini area which was incredibly painful and I have scabs on my arm from the rough waxing. It usually takes 1 hour but they took two. I still had hair remaining and my arms were covered in wax when I left.

I always enjoy my waxing experience because of the excellent service that Nicole provides ?. I am always thoroughly satisfied by her gentle yet precise touch!

I recommend Perfect 10 mainly because of services rendered by Nicole.

She really tries to make the uncomfortable and painful experience of getting a Brazilian wax, less stressful for me .

She’s a true professional aesthetician, always has a smile on her face when she receives me.

Was not impressed with my pedi, it felt like an express pedi. A client had to be moved around to accommodate the pedi set up for my friend and I. Not a wide selection of colours and the gel was not applied neatly. Not a great experience
