First visit and loved it. Great atmosphere, great decor nicely spread out, plenty of room and views to stage of The FED. We were greeted when we entered the bar & chose to sit outside. Unfortunately, we were between acts but wished we could have stayed - next time. Staff at the outdoor bar where we sat were excellent, friendly, and helpful. we got a couple of tasting paddles, espresso martinis, some snacks of sourdough & dips with arancini balls, delicious. As they have music on when open its a great place to stop.in for a drink, bite to eat & free entertainment. Fabulous concept, I will become a regular visitor.

Came here for the first time for some knockoff drinks recently and had a blast! The staff were super friendly and helpful when selecting what beer i should try with my tasting paddle. The beer was cold, refreshing, and decent.
The vibe was relaxing, chill and there is a heap of space. No issues with parking as there are plenty of spots. Will definitely be back again for some more brews.

The venue had a great atmosphere and a lively vibe, making it a fantastic spot for our work Christmas party. The food was delicious, but I wouldn’t recommend the catered platters—they were significantly overpriced, particularly the antipasto and pizza slices.

The bar staff were exceptionally friendly and provided excellent service, which was a highlight of the experience. However, the music volume was a major downside. Even in a section farther away from the main music area (near the pizza kitchen), it was unbearably loud, making it nearly impossible to have a conversation without resorting to lip-reading. I can only imagine how uncomfortable it must have been for those seated closer to the speakers.

Reducing the volume would greatly improve the experience for everyone.

Great new concept for the area! Nice commercial brewery, attached to a food court with a market area to boot. Its an excellent lazy day out with the family, relaxing for the whole team.

Great venue destroyed by music way too loud. A Saturday lunch ruined as the music was so loud, even as far from speakers as possible, conversation was impossible. It's not a concert, sure if people are attending purely to listen to the music you'll enjoy it, however if you're wanting to sample great beers and a wide range of good food chatting with friends don't go.

I have been here 4 times now, I guess hoping it would improve. Staff are very unenthusiastic and look like they don't want to be there (which is fine but don't be three then!) Extremely slow service at the bar, staff don't watch who's next in line (yes there was a line). I had 3 men push in front of me and the female bar staff served them first, without asking who was next. My partner had several females push in front of him and they were all served first, without being asked who was next. I have worked behind a bar, it's not hard to ask who was first to save people waiting longer than necessary!!

The music volume was also unbearable! Very boomy and not a comfortable experience at all!!

Firstly, let's say that the venue reflects the obvious investment that has gone into this venue. It's fantastic to see a place like this in this area. Ambience is open, contemporary modern, and comfortable enough inside or out.

What becomes more confusing from herein however is the audience this type of venue is targeting. It's not regular pub goers (too pricey with another local tavern just around the corner). This is small batch brewing and you'd hope it partly targets the craft brew market, but that's not the case. Their brew offer is meagre with only 3 beers (all quite light lagers), but if you're keen on a German style Lager, then this isn't too far off the mark. The pick of the bunch is the Pure Crisp, but the other two (Komodo Black and Summer Dry) are pretty unremarkable given the high quality available in the Oz market right now from independent brewers both here and in New Zealand. They have an outside bar which had some Burleigh Brewing regular line beers, but there is no other offers from any other small Australian brewery (not even the SEQ locals).

What worries me is the price. There's no pots or pints here, so unless you grab a taster paddle you get schooners and that's it. Grab a couple of burgers and two beers and you won't see any change from $70. Realizing that the greedy ATO-excise is a killer for brewers here, but that's still very steep. That kind of money is usually attached to beer drinkers that not only seek quality, but also variety, and they have plenty of craft options now of where to spend their money.

I really hope the place continues to grow and perhaps we'll see some more varied small batch releases as time goes on.

Great venue with some exciting plans! Moving the smokehouse across to the beer garden will be a real winner. A little concerned about the cleanliness of either the glass wear or beer lines as no lacing rings are formed across any of the beers as you put them away. Regardless, great spot & great for the area!👊
