We had such a fun and relaxing time at Peppers Noosa Resort & Villas! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with a big, friendly smile from Saab – he was so welcoming and made everything feel easy and enjoyable. Our room was amazing: spacious, sparkling clean, and had all the comforts we could possibly need. The bed and pillows were super comfy, and I had one of the best night's sleep I've had in ages!|Parking was a breeze in the underground garage, and the lift was conveniently close – making getting around a piece of cake. We loved taking advantage of the complimentary buggy ride down the hill – huge thanks to Juanita for that awesome service! It was perfect for getting to the restaurants at night, and such a clever touch.|The location was ideal, just a short stroll from all the fun on Hastings Street, with its shops and restaurants. But the best part? The resort was tucked away just enough to give us a peaceful, relaxing retreat – the perfect balance of convenience and calm. We didn't get the chance to enjoy the pools or the restaurant, but we'll definitely be back for another stay – next time bringing the whole family! And I really hope we see Saab again, he made our trip so memorable. Thank you so much for such an incredible stay!

Hard to find a better place to stay in Noosa for the price. Rooms clean and tidy. Staff friendly and helpful. Very convenient buggy service down the hill.
However TV’s in our room very old with the music system only compatible for cd’s and an iPod. No bluetooth with a complicated casting option available. Breakfast basic but OK. Bed hard and not the most comfortable. Overall place a bit tired.

My wife and I had a 3 night stay in late February. The staff were fantastic from the moment we arrived, particularly Saab on the front desk who made us feel welcome as soon as we walked in. The room was great, parking and vehicle access was no problem at all and the whole facility was just perfect. You're close enough to walk to the main street whenever you want, but far enough away that you feel like you could be somewhere else totally. Would definitely stay here again.

We really enjoyed our stay at Peppers. Our room was clean, well appointed and spacious with a nice balcony. The breakfast was great and fresh with everything you would need (hot options, a fruit and muesli bar, baked goods, cereal etc). The location was also fantastic - it is just up the hill from Hastings Street - a decent 10 minute walk if you are physically able, though they have a regular buggy service if you are not. Two pools also - a
family friendly one and a quieter lap pool for adults.
I can see the reviews are quite varied on this resort - I think the state of the rooms really differs as they are individually owned. I will also say that it would have been helpful to have had more information provided to us on checking in - all we got told was where the pool was but had no idea re breakfast times etc.

Room wasn’t ready at our check in times. There were no pool towels available, which for a resort is very odd. We had to wait 2 days for towels to use at the pool and we were not the only ones, and the resort was definitely not at capacity, bizarre! Pool bar wasn’t open often in the hours it was advertised to be open. Young staff running the buggy service were all fantastic and made the vibe of the resort, they were all only too happy to help and very personable.

Not overwhelmed, not underwhelmed with our stay; just whelmed.

We came for a little get away before our baby is born, and there wasn’t anything amazing with our stay, nor anything that stood out.

I let the reception know about the ceiling fan in our room rattling/making noises, and apparently it was looked at, however there is something definitely wrong with the fan. They are very cheap these days, so it might be worth investing in upgrading, especially considering the room price.

Wasn’t expecting any upgrades, but would have thought that mentioning we were coming up for our baby moon, we might of got a room closer to the bottom of the hill.

Once again, not raving about our stay, nor upset about it. I feel the staff did their jobs, but nothing made us feel special, or looked after.

I also asked for late check out as our flight had been moved to later in the day and I was told the best that could be done was to 11am as someone was going in the roof after us. The resort was empty on Tuesday, and I highly doubt there was a mass arrival of guests that we couldn’t have the room for a couple more hours.

The rooms definitely need a refresh, especially at the premium rate you are paying. The amenities at the pool (change rooms etc) aren’t maintained. The gym equipment is rusty and wouldn’t pass hygiene standards. The service is amazing and the surrounds (the rain forest) is stunning to be surrounded by.

Our concerns were discussed with Luiz, one of your senior staff at Peppers.

We left very disappointed, did not enjoy our time at Peppers which was quite upsetting and continue to feel like it was a waste, and left a sour taste travelling to Noosa which we were very much excited about.

Our room was late on arrival. Which is understandable with a busy schedule I’m sure you have. It was late due to house cleaning still cleaning. We then arrived to our room, and it was absolutely filthy. Some areas of the room I don’t think had been cleaned in months. Images were shared with your staff.

For what is considered and listed as a premium resort, there was nothing premium about our stay.

We travel at least 6-8 times per year, around Australia and overseas. This was my far the worst we have experienced in years
