A great location! We stayed for 3 nights, the room wasn’t serviced during our stay.

Positives: The Thai food is amazing, the pool and facilities are nice, could do with an update of the pool furniture however the pool itself is gorgeous. You can order cocktails out by the pool which is also nice. The resort nail lounge is incredible, Enji (I think that’s her name) who runs it is so beautiful and explains the whole process from start to finish as she’s doing it.

Negatives: The room didn’t look like the photos, we had no lamp or ambient light in our room and needed to have the big main light on at all times, or complete darkness.
The bathroom sink constantly blocked up.
The staff could have been a bit more friendlier when we were downstairs. We were pretty much just looked at, and brushed off — no good morning or greeting whatsoever.

One staff member who really stood out and was quite rude at anything we asked her was Ellie. There were no cutlery in the outdoor seating area, instead of refilling the cutlery, she pointed inside and said “go get them from the counter inside”.

I just feel like for a resort, it wasn’t really personalised and a little bit outdated.
The food is amazing, the views are also amazing, but it’s just lacking a bit of atmosphere and vibe, I feel like all the staff are in a funk, and maybe need to be a bit happier and energetic, maybe play some light music?

Otherwise we enjoyed our stay.

We had a wonderful stay at the Pelican Resort, there was so much to do in the surrounding areas we didn’t access the reception services.
The room had two queen twin beds which was so appreciated (particularly by my son who didn’t have to share with me,)
The room was large and clean and had the a/c on at arrival so it was comfortable.We had ample room. The pool was beautiful, particularly at night and there was plenty of secure underground parking. It was a quiet location which we appreciated. I saw in your room compendium folder the items you can request from reception, many of which are complimentary. Whilst we didn’t need anything, it is a thoughtful and helpful service.
The resort represents extremely good value for money and I would happily stay again and recommend it to others, thank you

Do not trust the website. The sports bar is advertised as being open to resort guests and locals. We were kicked out after trying to buy a drink. Without an apology. Shocking customer service. Tried to get a pedicure- as advertised on the website, also, not available. No atmosphere at in the resort. We left early.

Lovely stay at Pelican Waters Resort. Older resort but well maintained and refreshed. Large room and bathroom with plenty of space.

Only concern was on day 2 after being out, we returned to our room where the TV was on, air-conditioning changed, and remotes moved. Daily service is not provided so we found this very strange. Nothing had been serviced, just these small changes.

We would stay again, though.

Lovely quiet location! .. plenty of secure underground parking .. inviting foyer .. staff not overly friendly or welcoming .. room had two queen beds with reasonable space for two people .. plumbing wouldn’t always drain away quickly .. the balcony was spacious to enjoy the views and tranquility of the scenery .. very convenient having the cafe & restaurant on-site .. including a hair dresser, nail salon, pool & gym .. staff service was disappointing for quality of resort .. very reasonably priced!

I spent five days at this resort, I take disabled clients on holidays, One of my clients had an accident and I needed help in cleaning the bathroom. I cleaned what I could myself. The cleaners actually said that people do have accidents. I was also told by Calvin the manager that there was a mess outside the lift. I didn’t know about this. I was charged $300 for cleaning. I was not told that I would be charged and since I did most of the Work myself it seems a bit ridiculous. The sink was also blocked and the cleaners rather than clean the shower area properly told me to put a towel down when I had a shower. There was no mention of a charge. After I got home and wanted to know why I was charged $300 I was told it was for cleaning. I talked to Calvin the manager and explained the situation and he refused point blank to refund my money. In the five days that I was at the resort. Calvin told me that the cleaners clean the room every three days. I can tell you that nobody came into my room and did any cleaning. Maybe I should charge them. I just feel that the lack of compassion and empathy at this resort considering it is a four star resort. It’s not acceptable.

I had a fantastic stay at the Pelican Water Resort last week! The room was clean and lovely, providing a perfect retreat. The view from my room was breathtaking, with a beautiful panorama of the golf course, lake, and swimming pool.

The TV shows were great, offering plenty of entertainment options. The resort has pretty much everything you need if you prefer not to venture out, making it incredibly convenient. Additionally, the area is very quiet, which is perfect if you’re looking to relax and unwind. Highly recommend this resort for a peaceful and enjoyable stay!

We stayed for 4 nights and found our room to be a little tired and in need of a refurbishment. A little smelly, which was noticeable and unpleasant.
It was a lovely quiet area to relax. Some rooms had views over the golf course & pool. Unfortunately, ours was looking over car park with golf course beyond.
The restaurant food was very lacking in its offerings. We actually went next door to the Golf Club to mix it up.
