We had an amazing stay at Pelican Sands recently. The location is superb…totally on the waterfront with no roads to cross at all. The apartment had views from Southport extending down to Coolangatta. The cleanliness of the apartment left nothing to be desired. Dana, the site manager, does an excellent job, welcoming guests and ensuring their needs are met immediately. Congratulations on doing a great job Dana!

Stunning views, very relaxing! Great amenities & indoor/outdoor facilities! Beds are very soft, great if you like it. Safe lockup carspace & secure building!

This place is amazing. Dana was exceptional when helping myself and my family’s stay with them for our beach wedding. My family and I had 6 rooms and every one of us loved the entire resort. Everything we needed Dana was just a phone call away. The rooms are beautiful and honestly felt like home for me. And the views were just as amazing as well. Literally just a few meters away from the beach. The airport 5 mins away is super convenient for overseas travellers. Shops and restaurants just a stone throw away. Couldn’t fault Dana and Pelican Sands at all.

I had the pleasure of staying in 3 of the units in December. It was sold out, but Dana, the awesome manager, managed to move me around, and all of the units were superb . All different! Unit 203 was modern, perfect view, great A/C and fans, king size bed and very well equipped kitchen. The next unit 901 I think, was equally well equipped and kind of quirky fun decor. , a spa tub, and a view like I’ve never seen ! Amazing! Unit 803 was modern, lovely and light. Comfortable bed, like the others. Well equipped, good A/C and another incredible view! I’ve stayed at Pelican Sands in the past and always liked it. But, Dana and Mark have done beautiful renovations and are totally on the ball, helpful and prompt. I cannot recommend Pelican Sands enough! Can’t wait to be back there again!

Our new favourite stay on the Gold Coast.
Lovely location, clean unit's , beautiful external swimming pool and spa and plunge pool indoors.
A common entertainment area with table tennis and pool table.

Loved it! Beautiful apartment with the beach literally at your doorstep. Lovely balcony to look at the ocean with sun beds & table & chairs. Inside it was very clean and modern with a well equiped kitchen. Great games room for our kids with a pool table & ping pong table. Indoor heated pool & spa. Nice outdoor pool area too. Staff were very friendly.

Mark and Dana are so welcoming and friendly, and Pelican Sands is absolutely beautiful. It is in the perfect location, overlooking the beach, clean and well presented inside with everything you need. My 4 young kids and I just stayed 4 nights in 502 and it was so wonderful. They loved the pool too! They commented yesterday on our last day that one of their favourite parts was how friendly Mark and Dana were. Fantastic place all round 🙂
