Great renovation with modern fixtures and fittings, comfy bed and clean sheets. Loved having a lush ensuite. Room Has wifi. Good bike storage. Room was clean but fittings dusty and some mould on roof and behind the cupboard. A smarttv but the wifi wouldn’t connect to the tv and tv wouldn’t hotspot for my phone so couldn’t access the apps or tv on demand. IGA and bottlo a few doors up are well stocked. Great beer garden at the Toogoolawah pub with big screen for the footy.

Great little accommodation spot. Beds are comfy at end of day from riding the Rail Trail. Free Wifi. Room had kettle, microwave and coffee pod machine. Shared kitchen with breakfast cereal and toast. Sits beside the Thirsty Camel (check in at bar). Peddlers Rest has lockable store room for bikes. Short walk to pubs for meals and free street parking.

I had heard so much praise about this place from fellow trail riders and always wanted to stay here. So I decided to make a weekend of it with a two night stay. The check-in process was very easy and quick with the friendly manager. You can choose to park at the front or back doors. The room was small without being claustrophobic and had all the modern conveniences. The decor was modern, bright and definitely had that boutique feel. The bathroom was open, sparkling clean and had a delightful rain showerhead. The complimentary bathroom supplies were a nice touch. The room also had a coffee maker which would be very welcomed by the coffee drinkers. The secure bike storage room was appreciated. The kitchen was clean and well stocked with complimentary breakfast supplies. All in all, a wonderful and comfortable stay. I look forward to returning. Well recommended.

Family Room 1. Two adults / two teenagers. Right from check in we felt welcome, comfortable and at home. As you let yourself into the boutique accomodation you’re greeted by a friendly entrance hall and walk through a shared kitchen. The rooms were cosy and had great air conditioning, the little things matter with a pod machine, biscuits and a nice range of tea bags. The bathroom was large with a separated toilet. A continental breakfast is included in the shared kitchen. The location is right in the beautiful little main street.||Accessibility: entrance via the front has two steps, then 3-4 up to the rooms. The back entrance may not have stairs but would still need to use stairs to access the kitchen. Small step up into large screen less shower - no rails.

We really loved staying here. We booked a double room which was immaculately presented and very comfortable with a coffee machine, a lovely big shower room with a rain shower. Great touch having the hand basin in a separate section outside of the shower room. There is a bike store room for the push bike riders en route on the Brisbane Valley Rail Trail. We also loved the beautiful front dining room where the food for making our breakfast was provided. Thank you for a wonderful stay in Toogoolawa; a real gem.

This was an extremely difficult review to write, there is so much that is excellent about this place, beds are among the best I've slept on, shower is huge and good water pressure.
The refurbishment of these rooms is second to none, first class fittings, well thought out design and everything you need.
The shared kitchen is great with plenty of bread, butter, spreads, milk and assorted cereals.
The staff I met were very helpful, polite and friendly.
The prices are very fair for what is supplied.
So why 2 stars you ask ?
Firstly, these rooms are primarily designed for cyclists doing the Rail Trail but having been a cyclist most of my life I know that old sweat odour and sadly the room had a pungent odor that despite opening windows, did not go away.
Secondly, the toilet and shower had quite obviously not been cleaned after the last occupants had left. My wife had to clean dried urine and other stains off the toilet seat,
The shower still had used soaps from the last guests, with bit of clear plastic and dirty foot prints on the floor.
This was in vast contrast to the rest of the room which was fastidiously clean.
This is why, after all my reviews, this was the hardest to honestly write, maybe it was an oversight and I accept that mistakes happen but the odor in the room will require far more intensive cleaning to remove.
The carpet, which looks lovely, is probably not a good idea for rooms that cater for sweaty cyclists.
My apologies to the managers, I mean no offence but I have to be honest with my reviews or what is the point in doing them.

Clean rooms with excellent customer experience. The shower is massive and the bike storage area was a great bonus. Breakfast was sufficient and in a cosy environment. They might want to include some lactose/gluten free options for us city folk. We loved it.
