Went in on Friday and asked if they sell they're Shellac Nail polish and they do! Had a look through the book and picked out my favourite for only $20. Looked it up on Amazon to find it was way cheaper to buy at Pearl Nails. They also said they could order in whatever wasnt available within 10 days. Applied at home with my $25 machine and it looks amazing! Will definitely be buying more before Christmas ?

Horrible service! The owner is extremely rude and unprofessional. I've been having my nails done for over 20 years and this place is far by the worse. I usually come here when I can't go to my usual nail artist and her SNS last me 4-6 weeks. This place I get 2 weeks max and the don't even buff them properly, it's always bumpy and uneven. When I told her politely that I haven't been happy the last few times and showed her how lumpy and uneven my nails were, she continued to say "that's how SNS is." No! This is not how it is and if you think that is how it's meant to look then you need to go back and get some training and the rest of your staff. Don't waste your money nor your time. Also stop speaking in Vietnamese in front of your clients -it's rude!

Staff didn’t listen to my concern. First time getting SNS and tips from here and nails are too thick. It’s not blended properly with some of the polish not covering the actual nail properly. In short if you are planning on getting you nails done make sure that you are clear on what you want and ask to talk to someone who speaks and understands English.

Best SNS nails ever. Staff is really good at their job. I go with lot of patterns and ask for their suggestions too, every time they amaze me with their skills. Very happy with the work done. Either it is SNS or shellac.

The ladies can’t speak English and its so hard to explain to them what you want done They are not friendly . They messed up my nails and didnt even appologies . Not recommended at all the rousehill one is much better.
