I loved this gym so much, the staff are cool, and the punching bag is great for intermediate to advanced fitness lovers. unfortunately, nowhere else offers a punching bag of a similar density, even the current kickboxing gym i visit, doesn't offer hard bags.

This pcyc seems great, much nicer than others I've been to, and the staff seem lovely and very well organised. Nice little gym set up too.
Unfortunately couldn't see the boxing gym on this occasion as was unmanned and run by a third party.

I find it good at the PCYC gym, because it is cheap and I can quit at any time if it is not working out. Also most of the time there are few people there using the gym because I don't like other people looking at me Also I don't like to look at myself so it is good they only have few mirrors.
