Fantastic. Our boy hadn’t been to a groomer since a bad experience about 2 years ago, so we were unsure how it would go. But the staff at Paws did an amazing job of understanding his limits (and grooming him). Thanks again.

They did an amazing job with my Keeshond! I was a bit worried how she would turn out as her coat had some matting, but she looks (and feels) absolutely wonderful! 100% recommend

Bonnie was beautifully cared for by Abbey. It was her first groom, and when I picked her up she was happy as a dog can be. She loved her bath and paw trim, and she looks great. Abbey was great with her and I would recommend her to anyone looking for a caring and kind dog groomer.

If I could select minus 5 stars I would. Appalling result. Enormous vet bill. Correspondence from owner abbey accused me of cutting the puppies skin through jewellery or excessive grooming despite providing a pic taken half hour after picking up pup. With time and date on image. $88 for the hack and $748 (anaesthetic and meds) for vet bill. Ps guy at business was kind and honest pointing it out and apologising. The nick was in the groin webbing and worsened and opened up when pup moved around.

Would rate 0 stars if I could.
Mistreatment and poor communication between staff resulted in my dog suffering a deep gash in her dew claw, which I clearly pointed out was there and for them to be careful of when the cutting. Nothing but an empty apology was given after this occurred, as after it got infected and needed to be removed when treatment didn’t work, they rinsed their hands of all responsibility. $1000 in vet bills later, and no care was given on their end.
Don’t take your dog here unless you want them to spend 4+ weeks crate-ridden and in pain.

The most amazing staff and service, true dog whisperers. My large burly fur baby has had many failed attempts to trim his nails, trauma related we think 🥹🥹 but no problem for the staff at Paws Day Spa - they won him over and he was all trimmed in no time without any stress at all. Could not be happier - Highly recommended 💪👏🐶🥰
