Parkwood B&B is a green oasis. The garden that Ursula and George have created here over the years is simply outstanding. You have a lot of birds living here, different paths leading to different patios, you have a swimming pool to refresh yourself and a fantastic view to the sea.||The room we stayd in is decorated with love and had a small kitchen area with fridge. We stayed here for the second time and were spoiled by the two hosts Ursula and George. It was like being at home. Thanks a million Ursula and George for the pleasent stay! We will miss you and your wonderful B&B!

We had the pleasure with staying at park wood B&B over Christmas. Ursula and George could not have been more welcoming and pleasant. As a result we throughly enjoyed our stay. We booked the 1 bedroom apartment which is the smaller of the two rooms available and were very pleased with the room. When I search for places to stay I look for hotels/ B&B with character and park wood had that in abundance. The decor was beach tropical chic (if that's a thing) and a delight to be around. The room was immaculate and was cleaned during our short stay. The breakfast was served on the terrace which had a spectacular view out over the surrounding area. Breakfast was delicious including some yummy brownies. You press a buzzer when your ready for food rather than having a set time so the time scale was set you. Ursula and George went the extra mile giving us lifts into town which was kind- and we even received a Christmas present. Thanks to our lovely hosts.

Parkwood B&B is a very comfortable place 3 km away from Airlie, quietly located on a hill with an amazing view. Ursula and George were perfect with everything and they made us feeling at home. They always were very kind and they drove us in main street a couple of times. The small apartment is very nice and clean, and breakfast on the terrace with view is excellent. the only drawback is the missing wi-fi, but there are some places with free connection in Airlie. Definitely I'll come back!

Many reviews have descibed this stay as being at home and this is exactly how we would descibe this B&B as well. There is a wonderful feeling of love in this house and Ursula is very welcoming and sweet. What a beautiful morning we had, having breakfast with a stunning sea/rainforestview and with the birds very keen on sharing our breakfast moment. In the evening we fell asleep like two small children to the music of frogs.🐸🐸🐸

We stayed with Ursula and George for three nights and it was lovely. Peaceful and quiet and spacious We loved the little kitchen and the chance to make our simple dinner after being on the road for a while and eating out all the time. The first mornings breakfast was so large it was enough for the next morning as well and They love to spoil you! Immaculate and clean and surrounded by bush and bird life. We loved it

Ursula made our family of 4 adults most welcome during our brief stay. We enjoyed relaxing on our peaceful verandah and the pool is in a lovely setting. I think Parkwood would be ideal for an extended stay away from the tourist area but with all those excursions accessible.

They have only 1 room and 1 apartment which are spotless and lovely decorated. You find everything you need and more. The garden is just wonderful, also the pool. Ursula serves the breakfast on the terrace. The hosts are lovely. Would definitely come back!

One of the best B&B my wife and I stayed so far. The owners Ursula and George are super friendly, trying to accomodate any wish and give you helpful local advice. They live approx 3km away from the Airlie Beach Center which wasn't a problem for us as we had a car. ||We stayed in the appartment (not the room) which was very clean, had a large outdoor terace, bedroom, living room with fully equipped kitchen and bathroom. The view from the terace is marvellous and we enjoyed breakfast every morning.
