We were in the Swan Valley on a mini holiday and stayed at Park View for one night and absolutely loved it. Matt and Morag were very welcoming and exceptionally friendly and they answered any questions we had over email before our stay. The location was easy to get to and close to everything, and as it was in a suburban area there were no traffic noise so our stay was very peaceful.||||The room itself was comfortable, clean, and very quiet - we slept incredibly well. The bathroom was massive and equipped with everything I could ever think of. The bottle of local wine and basket of chocolates and nougat was an added bonus and very much enjoyed by us during our stay. They also had a guest lounge room with a great selection of books, DVDs, and a chess set.||||We took advantage of their skipper service and found Matt to be absolutely lovely and very prompt in picking us up after dinner. It was very affordable too and was a great way to enjoy some of the delights of the Swan Valley without having to worry about driving.||||I can't comment on breakfast as we wanted to try a local cafe, but I would absolutely recommend Park View B&B to anyone looking to stay in the Swan Valley. We had a wonderful time and felt very at home during our stay. We will absolutely return next time we stay in the Swan Valley.

This is a great place to stay...it ticks all the boxes! Great location to Swan Valley wineries and the airport, yet quiet, to get a good sleep. If you enjoy a walk, there is the most beautiful park/gardens with waterfalls, bridges and ducks, across the road, just gorgeous! Our hosts Morag and Matt could not be more helpful and their attention to detail is excellent. Quite spacious accommodation...considering we had been on a lengthy trip with lots of luggage, but there was sufficient space that we weren't tripping over things. The bed is very comfortable, an excellent shower and the air con coped with the warm conditions. We opted for the continental breakfast which was very good and Matt was very understanding of my strange eating habits and a need for a microwave. We ordered takeout each night and they very thoughtfully set us up in the breakfast room....it was like dining out in a restaurant! Highly recommend you stay here.

Last October (2013) I attended my son's wedding and flew from Mildura for a couple of nights and had to find somewhere close to the church to stay. The Swan Valley tourist information centre was brilliant in locating accommodation at a reasonable price. The Park View B&B was outstanding. The queen sized room was well furnished (fridge for my insulin, tea and coffee facilities, quality linen and towels and a small table and chairs by the window) with a great bathroom. The house itself was certainly conducive to a B&B with the family having their own space, and the guests being able to take advantage of a sunken lounge and reading room. As I did not have a car, their chauffeur service was used with wonderful results. It was an easy walk to the main shopping area and mine host was superb. The consistent breakfast was excellent (choices of yoghurt, cereal, milk, fresh fruit salad) and there was no hesitancy in making me a cooked breakfast each morning (at a small additional cost). The whole experience was fantastic and I would recommend this B&B to anyone visiting the Swan Valley.

The warm and friendly welcome was a sign of what was to come during our stay at Parkview B&B. Our room and en-suite was well appointed, well maintained and neat as a pin. The bathroom was tidied each day. A welcome gift of a local bottle of wine and locally produced fudge was a lovely and delicious touch. The continental breakfast was expansive and delicious; local fruits, preserves and freshly juiced orange were offered. Our hosts were very attentive and informative. We took advantage of the drop off and pick up service that is offered - an excellent service to offer in the Swan Valley; the small cost involved was well worth it. We highly recommend Parkview B&B and will return to experience more of Matt and Morag's wonderful hospitality.

The suburban look from the outside belies what one finds inside. The host was charming right from the start....extremely attentive without being intrusive....a definite people person! The bedroom was very well appointed with comfortable beds, a small sitting area and separate ensuite. Everything appears to be fairly new, clean and very well maintained. Personal touches were apparent throughout......lots of complementary goodies to make our stay extra pleasant and comfortable. A separate lounge was also available for visitor use. Lovely continental breakfast boasting more treats than we expected. Very easy to highly recommend a stay at Park View B&B. Real value for money here!

Our family spent the last night in Perth at this beautiful home. The hosts are warm and very friendly old couple. Both rooms are clean, comfortable and cosy. The breakfast was better than what we expected! Overall a very lovely short stay! Will definitely stay with them again during our next Perth trip. Highly recommended B&B! Thank you Morag & Matt!

We were in the Swan Valley for a wedding and found Park View Bed and Breakfast through the visitors centre. What a find! The hosts Matt and Morag couldn't do enough for us. We didn't have a car so they offered a skipper/taxi service at very reasonable rates. The room was very lovely and bed very comfortable. The room was impeccably clean and had everything you need (iron, hairdryer etc) plus the hosts had generously provided a basket filled with local nougat, chocolates and a bottle of local wine.||A very generous continental breakfast was included and we paid a little bit more so my hubby could get his fry up 😃. Thanks very much for hosting us. We will be back.

We had a wedding at bridgeleigh reception centre in Wanneroo and we needed some where to stay that wasn't going to cost a fortune. I found this little gem on trip advisor and we met the lovely Matt and morag. We got a lift to and from the wedding by Matt for a small fee, a lovely comfy and very clean room with private bathroom and a lovely cooked breaky in the morning. Matt and Morag were so friendly and hospitable. I would def recommend Parkview bed and breakfast for any body looking for accomodation out that way.
