This place really exceeded my expectations! The room was really big (I booked the deluxe king) and the bed was HUGE! The styling of the room is really clean and contemporary, small bathroom but had everything including a special water dispenser for drinking water which was a nice touch. Excellent water pressure, modern fixtures and fittings with quick hot water. The bed was super soft and comfy with big soft fluffy pillows, and there were fluffy dressing gowns in the wardrobe. Big tv with a casting app to cast from your own device to stream from your own apps. Plenty of parking available this weekend, and check in was super quick and easy. Location wise it seems to be pretty handy to lots of things! Would 100% stay here again when I’m in the area!

I hosted a high tea event at the club lounge, it was a really great experience. At first the communication with the hotel was very difficult, it took 6 weeks to organise this event. I had to even go there in person to speak to someone as they were not very responsive to my emails and phone calls. After a while, communication had improved and the actual day of the event turned out really nice. All the guests were really happy with the service, the food and drinks were delicious and a special mention to the server Freddy who was so wonderful and attentive to everyone.

Great service by all staff. Clean and super comfy room. The bed and the sheets (high quality sheets) were immaculate and absolutely comfortable.
A little blunder with my room service however, the front desk manager sorted it in a jiffy.
All and all a great hotel!

Nice room. Arrived with 2 big items of luggage. Struggled to get them up the stairs concierge was just standing there looking at me could have offered some help. Got into my room and found a plate of food on the table. Lifted the lid was mouldy. Not a great start. Rang mananger on duty and got it removed. He gave me a drink voucher for the bar which was nice.

Buffet breakfast was really good. I especially loved the juice machine. It was really busy though, was already packed at 6:20 and the scrambled eggs were already empty. The bacon was cold and hard. I think someone left the lid open, but everything else was great, and there was a good variety.

My only real complaint is the light. The light gap in the door is so huge that it renders the great block out curtains on the windows useless.
There was so much light coming through the door.
Then, the smoke alarm is directly above the bed and flashes very bright every 30 seconds. The bright flashing kept waking me up. The lcd screen near the door is also so bright and can't seem to turn it off.

Overall, I had a pleasant stay, but I didn't really sleep great because of all the light.

I'd definitely stay again, but I would bring something to try and block out the door gap and smoke alarm lights 😅

Beautifully renovated, this hotel has stepped up a notch. The service at the front desk was impeccable. The carpets in the corridors are beautiful and smell new. The rooms are just gorgeous. I have stayed here many times and finally everything is impeccable. The only downside was the water pressure was oh so poor.

Sunday’s High Tea was amazing. The Christmas tree in the foyer set the tone for our dining experience. We were escorted up to the 7 floor and was greeted by a smiling , welcoming waiter. My friend and I were shocked that only one table was set and that we were informed that the room was just for us WOW. The table setting was pretty and the food was presented in a lovely way. Our waiter was friendly and helpful can kept the bubbles flowing. My friend and I have a wonderful time and I would definitely go back again and recommend the High Tea. Two and a half hours flies and for the two of us so much food. Thank you for making our catch up so memorable.

Central location in Parramatta. Use this hotel for business trips and is walking distance to everything. Rooms are always very clean and have recently been renovated. Very comfortable stay
