Good location, awesome views and good facilities. Restaurant was slow but great coffee and food. Didn’t charge back to the hotel which was strange. Helpful and friendly staff.
Very tight parking-small car only.
I’d definitely stay again.

Great place, view was spectacular and location was good. Thought my trip was short but I enjoyed my stay, hotel was quiet, clean and easy to move around. I stayed in a 1 bedroom, great for my family, though we didn't cook but enjoyed everything about the apartment. I plan to visit again in March 2025.

Great hotel, excellent site for easy walking distance to Roma street station, South Bank, Stadium and town. Reception staff very pleasing and always smiling and very willing to assist with any queries etc. Room was well presented clean and tidy. Level 2 outdoor pool will be opening this weekend after a period of complete refurbishment - it will be a much used area.

Arrived late evening. Room newly renovated and looks great but a number of issues emerged. Room was clean, but a used towel hanging in wardrobe. No toiletries available in room and needed to go to reception as there was not a phone in room. Glass door on the fridge
meant that light was visible all night.
The kettle doesn't fit under the tap.
There was a lot of noise from the road despite being on a high floor.
The bed was huge and comfortable.
The view from the room was amazing.
The rainfall shower was great.
The gym is adequate, but the pool is closed for renovation.
The aircon is very cold, but can be adjusted or turned off.

I just stayed one night in a 1 bedroom apartment on the 17th floor. I was nervous reading the other reviews but my room was clean and pretty modern with a nice view towards roma street. The staff working there seemed really nice, the lady in the restaurant in the morning for breakfast was very polite and friendly, the woman who checked me in was very courteous. As I was checking in, a frustrated and rather rude american guest came down in a rather confrontational manner and demanded why her coffee cups hadn't been cleaned, I was really impressed how professional and friendly the receptionist dealt with this woman, as I had to really try hard to manage my frustration at how confrontational this guest was being to the receptionist. Apart from that, an otherwise pleasant experience and would recommend.

I had a wonderful one-night stay at this hotel and it was nothing short of spectacular! Our room was lovely, and the view was amazing. Reasonably priced, easy parking and fantastic location.

Special thanks to receptionist, Nee who displayed exceptional assistance and friendly service. Will be back 😀

Amazing View, Clean room, Great AC. Definitely will be coming back to stay next time im in Brisbane for a Sydney FC game or just up there for any reason. Absolutely loved the room and experience||||So central to everything i was doing, everything was an easy walk away or a very cheap Uber ride away.
