We loved our stay at the Park Regis! The hotel is located in a great position with all forms of public transportation easily accessible. The rooms are cleaned so well each day (thank you Dika!) and the beds are really comfortable. The reception staff were very friendly and helpful always. I would stay there again without hesitation.

The main reason we booked this hotel because of the location. Proximity to the event we were going plus all the nearby restaurants and shopping. ||The room was cosy enough for the family. Just need the basics, bed, shower, fridge and a functioning aircon. ||I have read the other reviews prior to booking. My expectation for an old building is not high. I find it nostalgic with the loud lift. Or the street sounds at night. ||As much we love the place, the water pressure was still an issue. Hot water come and go. ||The major concern I have is the cable under the carpet. When we didn't see it and accidentally stepped on it, it was a bit painful. Not only this bad for people bare foot but it is also a O&HS issue. Fire issue. This should be addressed. ||I don't mind going back to this place in the future.

This is a cheap but clean hotel located perfectly in the city centre. Note that I've given it 5 stars despite giving the room and service only 3 stars. That is because you get what you pay for and it doesn't pretend to be anything else. It's perfect if you just want a place to sleep while otherwise exploring Sydney.

The room was very compact. Tiny. The bed was one of the more comfortable ones I've experienced in a hotel. The room was tidy and clean. The bathroom had everything I needed, albeit the lavatory was too close to the wall in my opinion.

Yep. Happy to visit here again.

Room was clean & an adequate size, service at check in was good, nice view of the park from our room. Location was suitable for us from airport to local access. |Roadworks going on from 9pm to 5am, exceptionally loud & could feel vibrations, this wasn’t mentioned at any point from booking to check-in & was extremely unwelcome. Shower pressure wasn’t great, hotel generally dated, but price reflected this.

I was given a generous upgrade to a family room and the room was great. Shower area was a little small and the tap pressure was too much. Other then that I have no complains! Everything exceeded my expectations. Breakfast is easily available within steps from the front. Town Hall station and light rail was minutes away.
Lift and traffic noises are in the background but not unbearable.
Thank you to Imelda from front desk for her friendly service. Will definitely return.

Location, staff, room and the rate was unbelievably value for money and more. Have already recommended it to my friends who are stopping over for a night or 2 it's the ideal location and the rooms are clean, amenities were all in working order. Definitely will be returning.

The room we had was well appointed and very comfortable. The views were beautiful, central to everything in the area. Plenty of shopping experiences, venues abound. The Star Casino not too far away and Darling Harbour just down the road. I recommend a stay at the Park Regis.

Very high noise from elevators at night. Had to get ear plugs. Building is very narrow so this applies to all rooms. No ventilation fan in shower, you need to open the sash window in the shower itself. I guess no one's looking! Room is basic. Fridge is warm not at recommended temperature. Great as a crash pad if you're in town for a couple of nights. The location is really good.
