We have stayed in Townsville many times but this was our first time here and we will definitely be back!! We were upgraded to a fabulous 1 bedroom apartment with lovely views of the marina and river mouth. The apartment was spacious and had everything we needed. We swam in the pool which was so refreshing after a long day driving. Location is perfect for Townsville’s cafe scene. Washer and dryer super handy after several days on the road and we could easily log into Netflix!! Brittany was so helpful and check in/out was so easy. Thanks for a great stay!!

Unfortunately we couldn't get adjoining rooms but even so our 3 family branches all had rooms to celebrate Mum's 70th birthday 'staycation style'. We had heaps of fun in the front pool and being on Palmer St there were plenty of options for dinner and breakfast the next morning. Parking is secure behind gates the view up the main channel to the sea was breathtaking. The self contained apartments are roomy and well equipped. This is one of the best hotels we've stayed at.

We had a unit on the front and the rooms are spacious and well maintained. Unit was clean and serviced every day. Staff were friendly and helpful. They are fully self-contained. Highly recommend as these units are close to a street full of restaurants and close to the city.

Good value, our room was very spacious but basic and decor was a bit dated. Basic free to air TV ( but we didn't go there to watch TV so this is more of a fyi). Good access to restaurants, pubs. Lovely area, with river scenery. The staff are fantastic, very helpful and friendly. Good security and secure car parking Recommended it for either short or longer stays, if your not chasing all the bells and whistles.

Well priced. Very clean. Excellent location, multitude of restaurants within 2 min walk. Across from Marina and Maritime museum. Gated secure parking (important in tSV). Reception welcome was 10/10. Room key needed to access lift to upper floors (secure). No microwave. Bed/pillow were comfortable, but was 2 singles pushed together. Wifi but haven’t tried as Telstra reception is 5G and all I needed.

MUST STAY ❤️
I recently stayed at Park Regis Anchorage and was thoroughly impressed by the exceptional staff, top-notch facilities, and outstanding service.

From the property general manager to staff, everyone was not only professional but also incredibly welcoming, exceptionally friendly and attentive, making every interaction pleasant. The staff also took time to get to know their guests, making anyone feel welcome.

The facility is well-maintained providing a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Service was prompt and efficient, with every request handled with a smile. Overall, this hotel will exceed anyone's expectations in every way and is a fantastic choice for anyone looking to feel at home away from home.

Our stay is AMAZING older style well kept apartments. quiet area but still close. The most amazing part of this property is the happiest staff ever. Brittany very kind funny person but very professional at the same time. She is a great asset to this company.

What a great find! We loved how quiet it was and that it was super clean. 10/10 to the cleaners! The lovely lady who did our check in went above and beyond. There was plenty of free off street secure parking, and a choice of 2 pools. And the price (which is why we stayed) was brilliant. Whats not to love? We will be back for sure!
