I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel, and I can confidently say it’s one of the nicest places I’ve ever stayed. From the moment I arrived, everything about the experience was exceptional. The hotel is new, modern, and impeccably maintained, setting a standard for luxury and comfort.

The rooms are incredibly spacious, with an elegant and thoughtful design. The beds are supremely comfortable, and the soft, high-quality sheets make for an excellent night’s sleep. The technology in the room is top-notch, making everything—from lowering the blinds to using the TV—intuitive and seamless. Every detail feels modern, clean, and perfectly in place.

The staff here go above and beyond to ensure your stay is flawless. They are genuinely kind, attentive, and detail-oriented. Room service is prompt and efficient, and the food is delivered fresh and delicious. One standout feature is the tray-clearing system—a simple button you press to have someone clear your tray quickly, a thoughtful touch that exemplifies the level of care and service. Need anything? From yoga mats to hair straighteners, the hotel will deliver it directly to your room. It’s truly hospitality at its finest.

The breakfast buffet is a highlight, offering a great mix of continental options alongside freshly prepared items you can order off the menu. Everything was incredibly fresh and flavorful. Room service meals were equally impressive, delivered promptly and with the same attention to quality.

The amenities are as luxurious as the rooms. The pool area is beautifully maintained, with the convenience of poolside food service. The spa is an oasis of relaxation—my massage was among the best I’ve had, and the staff were warm and professional. Like the rest of the hotel, the spa is new, spotless, and thoughtfully designed.

The location is central, with stunning views of the opera house. While the surrounding area is slightly touristy, the hotel feels like a private sanctuary, offering tranquility despite its central position.

From the spacious, beautifully designed rooms to the impeccable service and outstanding amenities, it’s clear that every detail has been considered to create a truly luxurious experience. I couldn’t have been happier with my stay and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for an unforgettable experience.

I recently visited the bar at the Park Hyatt in Sydney and had the pleasure of being served by Matteo, the bartender. The experience was truly exceptional. Matteo is not only highly professional but also warm and welcoming. He has an impressive knowledge of cocktails and took the time to recommend the perfect drink based on my preferences. Each cocktail he crafted was a masterpiece, with a flawless balance of flavors. His positive attitude and attention to detail made the atmosphere even more enjoyable.

I also had the pleasure of meeting Kevin, who was equally professional and made me feel truly valued as a guest.

The hotel's location is absolutely stunning – having lunch with a view of the Sydney Opera House was an unforgettable experience. The entire team, from the bartenders to the staff, was incredibly friendly and attentive, making my time there truly fantastic. The receptionist in charge of check-ins should show more respect to guests without any discrimination. Personally, I feel that when using corporate benefits for a discounted room rate, the level of service is not as satisfactory. For example, the hotel charged the stay to the credit card used for the guarantee, and when we requested to change the card for the payment, the check-in staff said it was not possible. In reality, it can be done, but there was no effort made to assist or accommodate the guest at all until we really insisted.||||However, the overall facility was great as expected.

Right from the start, the booking process on the phone was very positive. Upon arrival, check in was seamless, and upon stepping into the room I was overwhelmed with gratitude when I saw the beautiful dog bed and bowl placed for my working Guide Dog. From a perspective of a person with blindness/low vision, there were a couple of accessibility challenges within the hotel. In the lift, the audible floor announcements were either extremely quiet or non-existent which made it difficult for me to know which floor I was on. The other thing was the touch panels in the room for lighting and the blinds; there was no tactile orientation on these touch pads, which made it impossible for a blind person to use independently (the one in the toilet was particularly fiddly and needed high pressure to work - room 120). A highlight of our stay was the breakfast each morning; the array of what was included was diverse and high quality, coming out warm and quickly, serving staff were polite and friendly, and everything was delicious. Overall, I was very impressed with the dignity and respect that was shown to me, my Guide Dog, and my support staff.

From the moment I stepped into the grand lobby, I was greeted with a level of service that set a high standard for my stay. The design of the hotel itself is modern and elegant, with a focus on spacious, well-lit areas that showcase the surrounding beauty.

My suite had floor-to-ceiling windows, providing a breathtaking view of the Opera House and harbor. The marble bathroom, complete with rain showers and premium amenities, added a touch of opulence to the experience. I particularly enjoyed the rooftop pool, which allowed me to soak in the view while enjoying a refreshing drink. Dinner at The Dining Room, the hotel’s restaurant, was exceptional, with a menu that highlights Australia’s seasonal ingredients. For luxury and an iconic view, Park Hyatt Sydney is unbeatable.

We had the most wonderful experience at for our wedding! From start to finish, everything was perfectly arranged, and we couldn’t be more grateful.||The venue, staff, and overall experience exceeded our expectations, creating a truly unforgettable day. Such a shame for our wedding night!

Our wedding venue had booked the room with breakfast included but unfortunately the front desk did not mention it or notify us of the breakfast buffet hours at all, we assumed it had not been included. We later find out that the wedding venue had actually arranged for it but it was not offered to us. Called the hotel front desk to see if we could get a resolution but none was offered only offering for us to book another stay with them where it will be included.

Such a shame especially for such a special occasion.

Amazing place with amazing staff. Everyone made sure our stay was perfect. The location is central to the harbour and the view was perfect. There were great choices of walks, restaurants and we took in a show whilst there. Overall, I highly recommend the Park Hyatt as a place to stay.
