A favourite cafe and easy drive from Hobart especially on a relaxing day off. View of the beach from the wide deck and big fan of the mushroom and haloumi burger.
Friendly service and neighbourhood good vibes, a low key cool cafe highly recommend!

Had a burger here for lunch which I’m unfortunately going to say is not much better than McDonald’s. I think a hungry Jack whopper would be better and cheaper. $17.50 for this with some chips. $6 for the drink which was good so I don’t mind. Nice view and service. But I did mention the burger to my friend which is part owner of a well known restaurant in battery point. He said for the sake of say 40c they could have supplied a better bun. Not much more for extra condiments. Then it could have been a $17 burger. Extra patty would’ve been good. The one in there was nice but thin. Anyway, room for improvement. I’ll come back next year to see if it’s better.

We came here for breakfast with my kids and it was fantastic. It can be hard to feed us all as we have a number of food allergies, but there was plenty for us to choose from. There was an outdoor area with toys and a cubby and boat for the kids to play in, which meant I got to sit down for my whole meal while they kept themselves busy. I don't think we have had a better cafe experience before. And the coffee was immaculate 👌

Really friendly place, with a perfect beach Cafe vibe and gorgeous timber walls, floors & ceilings. Really tasty coffee & snacks, various locally made wares for sale and a view to just swoon over. Love popping back to this spot every time we come to Dodges Ferry.
