Very helpful and very friendly management and team members. Great menu and if you order in the bistro, they can either charge to your room or you can pay for it but then they will deliver it to your room when it is ready so you don’t need to wait. All of the team were superb to deal with. Rooms very tired, and for those with allergies, they do have carpets in them that are quite old.

My family held a wake after the internment of three family members at the PA in their function room. The ease of booking the room and organising platters and the layout of the rooms facilities made this highly emotional time seem effortless. Their customer service and empathy at this time was par to none. I was extremely satisfied with the platters and the pricing. Keep up the good work Shawn and Courtney, the food, the people, the atmosphere was perfect.

Meals are excellent. Whilst visiting we dined here a few times. Very reasonable & much more affordable than Cairns Clubs. We held a wake here for our father (complimentary room hire) and the food was first class. We were very impressed. Would recommend to everyone

Great meals, they are so large and good bang for your buck. The menu is quite large with lots of options and the service was quick. We had a large table booking but it was handled well and we have made plans to go back again.

DISAPPOINTING a complete joke!!!! Something you don't want after 14 hours of driving. Arrived to a empty reception called number as advised (several times) no answer had to go bar/restaurant was told they were busy and had to wait. After finally getting checked in, headed to assigned room and found no car spot, door ajar, lights on, bugs throughout, bathroom dirty and no towels. I returned back to reception yet again no response, off to the restaurant waited yet again and advised the manager on duty of the situation. She checked and came and looked and said we could park anywhere gave us towels advising the room was cleaned 2 days ago and the door must have been accidently left open she was more concerned with the happenings of the Restaurant and left.

You'd think this would be all but NO!!!! Ordered room service. Food was either over or under cooked and ice cold. Definitely not $75 worth.

Cock roaches in our room. Smelt dirty (carpet). Air conditioner was cold but filthy. No extra pillow. Won't be back

Was here for a coffee and a bite around lunchtime. I had the mangoo/coconut bread with my coffee. It was warmed and buttered; it was a tasty bite that hit the spot. Centrally located and a very pleasant spot.

Great service from the staff. Good food at real prices. She is not a brand new place ,but it was clean ,quiet,and handy at a cheap rate .
