This hotel oozes with character and style. We were greeted with warm friendly staff and complimentary drinks upon check in, and stayed in a gorgeous loft room. Staff went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. Comfortable bed, beautiful linen and fabulous Aesop products were just a few features we enjoyed. Staff recommendation for nearby restaurant for dinner was Wow!!! Our experience was next level. Breakfast in the morning at their roof top bakery/cafe is a must. We will be back ?

We had stayed in the Nook for one night and loved it. The service was wonderful on check in and the complimentary drinks a really nice touch. Beautiful Aesop amenities, comfy linen, artisanal snacks and the room drips with character and cool.

We stayed here for two nights in February 2024. We absolutely loved the industrial decor and the friendly welcoming staff. Favorite things were the luxury linen bed sheets, super comfy beds and quality skin and hair products. There is also a convenient bakery and cafe in the foyer. Only a couple of drawbacks for us was the frosted glass on the shower area made you feel a little exposed and the dark cozy lighting was a bit tricky for applying make up for our Taylor Swift concert. But overall would defiantly stay here again.

I try to stay at Paramount House Hotel each time I visit Sydney. The rooms are a good size, amenities are plentiful, love the bed and linen. Staff are always so helpful and warm, received a free upgrade which was a wonderful surprise. Recommend ordering room service if you don't want to leave the comforts of the room.

Absolutely loved staying here during my most recent stay in Sydney.

Such great hospitality, no ask was ever to big or small. The details at this hotel are what makes it so special, I loved the sleep time tea, Aesop amenities, beautiful soft linen, a beach bag and towels to borrow and being able to call reception for a morning croissant room service from the great a.p bakery that also lives in the building.

The next big plus, the neighborhood. So many great cafes and restaurants, walking distance to the city and surrounding suburbs with so much to see and do. Giulia was so kind and gave us many great recommendations for places to get dinner.

I am looking forward to staying here again and hopefully getting to experience one of the sunny rooms next time.

If you want to experience Sydney in all its funky glory, this is where you need to be. The vibe and atmosphere is amazing here. Also try the bakery on the roof top. Highly recommended

Such a cool hotel in Surry Hills! This is a fun spot to stay! We immediately noticed the cool decor within the lobby and elevator. The rooms are nice and spacious with a balcony. One note to mention is we weren't able to watch television as it's only compatible with Apple TV. Since we were on our honeymoon in Sydney we didn't mind not watching TV as we wanted to explore what the city had to offer :). The lobby has a restaurant with good food & coffee. The hotel is also within walking distance of restaurants and the harbour. Highly recommend staying at this hotel if you are in Sydney!

Absolutely loved our stay here! The vibe was totally our thing. Really fun and chill and cosy. Such a special little escape in the best location in Sydney.

We love that it isn't tourist and feels like a local urban paradise. The decor and art is gorgeous and thoughtfully appointed. Comfiest bed and gorgeous bedding.
We appreciated the room being made up daily and nothing was every a both- fantastic staff, both in our online booking and questions and at the front of house. Thank you team!

The cafes, bakery and restaurants are some of Sydney's best in the building and around this area.

We can't wait to come back!!
