We went as a party of four on a Public Holiday morning, and yes, there was a queue (best get there early). However, once seated, service was prompt and friendly. The food that came out was amazing. I had the Autumn Salad with added fried chicken - delicious! The other standout dish was the Fried Chicken Waffle (see pics). Special mention goes to the kitchen staff, who created these fabulous meals with care and attention to detail on such a busy morning. Serving staff were absolute gems too!! Wonderful experience all round!! 🧡

I can’t comment universally as I’m vegetarian, but what I can say is that what should be a home run for people like me - avocado toast, was extremely disappointing. In my option the focus was on making the dish look aesthetically appealing, and read well on the menu, at the expense of the eating experience. For A$21 the portion was far too small. The bread was like a brick and had no butter or oil to soften the interior. The avocado had no (discernible) seasoning or lemon juice (or acid). There was no contrast of hot, freshly toasted sourdough against the cool of the avocado. I’m no chef but I can make a far better Avocado toast than what I got. There was max A$3 worth of ingredients in this dish so I expected far more (in quality, and quantity) than what I got. The coffee? A flat white. Nothing special.
Very overhyped and underwhelming. Expect the service was exceptional.

Walked in without queuing! How lucky we were! We had the most popular fried chicken waffle, crumbed egg on toast, and baked egg.
The highlight was fried chicken waffle! Chicken was tender and juicy, with crispy skin on top of sweet waffle. Such a perfect combo!
Crumbed egg was well cooked, perfect for spreading on toast. But the braised ham was a bit dry and lacking flavor, and kept falling apart (the combination does not go very well I reckon).
Baked egg was served super fast and only warm, with no surprise.
Overall nice brunch spot with friendly staff.

The food here was gorgeous! Really enjoyed it.
However, the service was seriously disappointing. Living in Australia, I've honestly never experienced service quite like this.
Getting the bill was like a nightmare. As the rush hour was clearly winding down and the restaurant was getting less busy, there were definitely enough staff around who could have helped us. After waiting and asking, a female staff member with her hair tied back finally just pointed us to the counter to pay without saying anything helpful. Standing there awkwardly waiting to pay wasn't a great experience at all.
They also cleared our plates without asking, which felt a bit strange compared to how they treated others.

While the food was delicious, the poor service really ruined the visit.

Came here on a busy Sunday brunch and really enjoyed the food. The downside is that since it was so busy, we had to share tables with several people and it felt very rowdy and loud. The service was hurried which made our entire experience a little rushed which was a shame. Nonetheless, the dishes came out beautifully and no complaints about the food. Maybe I should come back on a week day.

On the weekend there were queues really early. The space is set up on a sharing way so you might have to share a table with strangers.

Food was nice but on the pricier side. I had the chicken and waffle. The chicken was delicious but the waffle was on the sweeter side for me. Coffee was nice.

Plus on weekends there are surcharges of 10% or more.

As good as it gets brunch, coffee and cafe. Food is not just picturesque but tastes amazing too. Larger portions than I expected. Recommend the Baked Eggs and Bubur Ayam. Try a specialty Coffee the Winter Lopez from Peru was a solid choice. Wait time even at peak brunch on a weekend was 10 mins for a party of two indoors no wait outdoors. Note most spots are at Large shared tables which we enjoyed. Noise level was moderate for a fully filled brunch spot but not bad
