Our pup regularly attends Doggy Daycare as well as boarding when we are away and we are always impressed by the care he is given. He always comes home so happy and is always excited when we take him back for more visits. I could not recommend Paradise Pet Retreat more! They’ve become an essential part of our family. All of the staff are friendly, caring and professional which made my beautiful Pixie’s stay in the Cattery more comfortable. Anna, in the Cattery section was wonderful and spent extra time with Pixie to help her settle into her new environment and I really appreciated the extra love and care shown as this was only her second time at a cattery in 11 years. My entire experience was seamless, from booking online, dropping off, picking up. I also called for an update while I was away. The staff were exceptional and I could not have felt more comfortable knowing she was in good hands. The cattery was lovely and clean, and the Paradise Pet Retreat is set in a beautiful location. I highly recommend this service. Thank you so much for looking after Pixie 🐈‍⬛

Arlo loved his time at Paradise Pet Retreat, so much he didn’t want to come home! The staff got rid of all my anxieties about leaving him & he always looked so happy in the pictures I got sent. On pick up they clearly communicated how his stay went and were happy to accommodate any needs with his meals etc to make sure he was comfortable. Happy to play one on one with him and the packages they have available of extra activities kept him very busy.

The groomer has done an awesome job with my little Misty. She was able to trim the grott around her face really well and now Misty looks clean and adorable. A job well done and well worth the money! I'll definitely be booking her in again for her next trim.

Could not recommend highly enough! I was SO anxious about leaving my pups in boarding but any concern I had is well and truly gone… My dogs literally didn’t want to come home with me they loved it so much! I have a puppy, and 2 older dogs, one of which is highly anxious but the smiles on their little faces couldn’t have been bigger! The staff are all so wonderful and loving and you can see they genuinely care about your pups. I love that they offer extra packages so that your animals aren’t just locked up the whole time you are away. I also have my puppy in Doggy Daycare and she just loves it. She needs a lot of stimulation and as my husband and I work a lot (me from home which can be a little chaotic with an excited pup!) it’s great to have the option to keep her entertained, learning and developing when I am crunched for time. We will definitely be back for boarding and doggy daycare - Just look how happy they are in there photos! Thank you PPR team, 10/10!

I highly recommend Paradise Pet Retreat. Our big girl is a rescue and she has her quirks, like being a reactive dog sometimes. Paradise Pet Retreat go above and beyond to integrate her into playing with other bigger dogs and they have amazing extra packages for your fur baby, like treat packages and walk/play packages and giving your fur baby a bath before returning them to your care. Upon collection of your pet, they give you a verbal report card, if they've behaved, if they've enjoyed playing with other dogs, etc.

Love, love, love, and will always be going back!
