We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Paradise Palms! The location is absolutely stunning and our cabin overlooked the beautiful waterfront, complete with palm trees, lush greenery, and a sparkling pool. Everything was immaculately clean and well maintained.
The team went above and beyond to accommodate us when they were fully booked, and their communication was outstanding from start to finish. It felt like we were truly taken care of.
Highly recommend this peaceful, welcoming getaway we couldn’t have asked for a better experience! Thank you, Paradise Palms, for making our stay unforgettable. 🌴🏝️

Cabin was very outdated.
Parking was confusing.
Beds were comfy and clean.
Stove was unreliable.
Ripped curtains and dirty blinds.
Pool was lovely but no shade and not many lounge chairs.
Location is perfect for kayaking, fishing, sunsets and view.

Booked a Lake view cabin with almost no views of the lake.
Bbqs dont work and dirty. Curtains torn and dirty.
Old food in drawers.
Cabin is generally in poor condition.
Bed comfy and clean.
Location is amazing.

We had a great experience staying at Paradise Palms it was our first time staying in this area with our caravan . We had a great water view, very clean swimming pool owners were delightful.Thank you Garry and Julie we will be back as we have family in the area .

horrible. the beds were covered in bugs i also found a hair that did not belong to me or my family i don’t believe that they have cleaned here ever especially with the black mold everywhere please don’t waste your time go somewhere else for a enjoyable stay. 0/10 worst experience of my life. my sisters were brought to tears and had to sleep on the floor due to the bed bugs in the beds. my mothers mental health severely declined while staying here and it has brought great distress to my family. my life is forever changed and i will never be the same after staying here. everyday now has the shadow and memory of the most horrible stay of my life. i genuinely wish this kind of experience and trauma on no one. if you want to be ruined for the rest of ur life and never physically or mentally recover stay here. my sister burnt herself the kettle attacked her after we started speaking abt how bad this place was. they heard us. this place is not okay. i wish this on nobody. spend ur money elsewhere. run. stay away.

I recently had to cancel my booking for accommodation at Paradise Palms due to work commitments. The day that I notified them of the cancellation the refund was back in my account without even asking the question. This means a lot! I'll be sure to stay here next time I'm in the area! Many thanks!

I like the park and lived in the area for 20 years so still consider it a great location. We stayed at the park 2 years ago and has gone slightly backwards. Needs a little TLC around the park and on sites. Natives were a bit restless this time but are easy to get along with if you say G'day. Amenities work fine and would probably stay again.
