Very disappointed in the family room we stayed in. Smelt like mould as soon as we opened the door. The smell of the mould was on the beds and made our clothes stink! (COULD NOT BREATHE). No hot water for showering my baby and ourselves. Beds were broken. Cockroach’s coming from the fridge!
Room wasn’t clean at all.
You can hear people pissing next door!
Not very happy jan. NEVER to return in the future.
We also had to fill our kettle up in the bathroom as there was no sink in the FAMILY room. 😩😩😩

The location was good but motel was far from being good. Advertisement said no smoking but failed to tell manager who was smoking in front of the clean linen trolley outside of the room. Room had cockroaches in it. People talking outside of rooms at all hours of night. Reception area smelt of smoke so made it hard to book in/out as set off asthma. Photographs were deceiving.

I didn’t feel safe as soon as I arrived. My room had unfinished work done on it. There was a portable aircon unit sitting on the bench with the condensation outlet sticking through the windows(it was messy). At around 5am next day, someone was walking up and down the hallway knocking on doors and asked to be let in. Person then came to my door and kept trying to get inside. I called the cops and had to let my bosses know. Turned up to work late. Customer service was really good though.

It’s an average place to stay considering the price and location.

The staff was OK but there are random people hanging around where you don’t know if there are part of the guests or just random people.

The rooms were clean and everything was working fine.

Recommend it for one night or two.

Execptional stay!

I recently spent a night at Paradise Motel, and I'm still raving about the experience! The service was top-notch, with friendly and attentive staff making me feel right at home.

The room was immaculately clean, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. I hadn't had a good night's sleep in ages, but one night at Paradise Motel was a game-changer - it genuinely felt life-changing!

The shower was refreshing, with great water pressure and temperature. The amenities were also impressive, exceeding my expectations.

I'm thoroughly impressed and satisfied with my stay. Paradise Motel has earned a loyal customer - I'll definitely be back!

Room was comfortable good springy beds. Incredible pressure in shower! And icy cold air-conditioning. Great locations walking distance from shops and public pool.

Reception was very kind and helpful.

One of the beds were missing wheel locks so made for a bit of hilarity as my friend nearly sailed out the door but once settling in for the night no issues with noise, or other guests as mentioned in other reviews.

Not the flashiest place to stay, and yes it is a little outdated, but you get what you pay for, and for this budget accomodation we could find no major faults. Thanks for having us ☀️

The rooms were tidy everything was well presented in the rooms the ladies at the front desk were friendly. It was close to many shops and amenities.
My issue was the amount of unscrupulous people coming and going back and forth throughout the day/ night and early hours of the morning. From day one it was extremely noisy. I had people in and out of sheds which was connected to my room this started at 1130pm throughout the middle of the night into the early hrs of the morning when I had to get up and tell them to be quiet at 345am. There was absolutely no peace and quiet throughout the six days that I was booked in there. There were kids yelling and screaming under my window and the windows are opened and closed by pulling a lever shut, so you couldn't block out any sound. There were cockroaches coming through the gaps of the old dumb waiter and under the door.
I was given a can of spray to spray my room. This motel could do with being ripped down and rebuilt it is outdated and old.
There was people yelling at the top of their lungs, screaming, swearing back and forth across the whole complex and in rooms next door too me.
I did inform the ladies from admin where I was told to call them up through the middle of the night if there was any more issues. I did inform them the next day and was told it was sorted but this disruption continued on throughout the whole six days of my stay.
There is a shared house that is connected at the end of the motel and I was informed by people who know the area well that this motel is utilised as housing for people who have drug addictions which would explain the continual amount of randoms arriving and leaving plus the lack of control for those causing a massive disruption and the lack of respect for paying customers.
After a larg working week the only thing I wanted to do was relax in peace and quiet which I didn't get and was lucky to get 8 hrs sleep over 6 days.
I would not recommend this place at all. It's definitely not worth the $116 per night that we charged over the net. I give it a -9 on the scale. Stay clear!

Rooms were spotless, hot showers and friendly staff. Wouldn't recommend it for families or light sleepers, but it is great value for $87
