Wonderful place to stay with spacious spa rooms and firm beds. Wi fi was a little dodgy at times. Pool was the perfect temp but the swim up bar did not have enough staff to handle all the patrons so after waiting 15 min for a drink, we gave up. No elevators so you may have to carry your luggage up several flights of stairs.
Staff friendly.
Great place to relax.

Best 90 mins ever!!! I had the Luxury 4 in 1 spa journey. Maddie was incredible. If you have never had the Vichy shower, it is a must. Beautifully relaxing!

Today I was lucky enough finish my perfect five day stay in Palm Come with a 90min Utopia massage and facial. As someone who needs fairly regular deep tissue massage I was super impressed with Anna’s attention to detail and really addressing the issues I had identified. Along with the massage being just what I needed the atmosphere she creates is perfect. Will definitely book in again when I next visit the region. Thank you

I had two great massages at the spa. The first was a 90minute hot stone which was divine. Followed by a body and face focus where the massage portion was fantastic, but the facial was not very relaxing as I was cold the entire time (even after the therapist turned off the aircon and fan).
