Very disappointing, I use to come to this place but definitely won’t be coming back and won’t be recommending it to anyone,
The bun I got was very old and soggy and I asked them to change it for me and shamelessly they said they won’t unless if I buy another one, because I took a bit and they can’t resell it,
How would I know without biting? You lost a customer because of being so cheap and greedy.

Have tried coffee buns from other places, but this is the best we've tasted. Can't go past Sunnybank without grabbing some. They're always fresh and delicious! Helps having another in the car if you don't want to spend time looking for parking and to just grab and go. Though it has gotten better than before with the multi-storey carpark.

Terrible customer service from the man working at the till. I was excited to finally try this place as it’s one of my favorite desserts, and I drove an hour to get there. When I arrived, I noticed there were flies on the buns. I asked the man at the counter when they would be making fresh, hot ones, and he responded with a very blunt, “I don’t know.” And that was it. No effort to help, just a complete lack of interest. Not sure if he was even working or just wishing his shift was over. Unfortunately, I decided to leave. It’s such a shame, because I was really hoping to support this business.

I’d recommend not going here, the quality is extremely inconsistent and when the quality is not as good, it just tastes soggy and bad. If you’re planning to go to Paparoti, go to the on in Warrigal Square, their quality is more consistent, better customer service. Once I got a bun from here and it was flat as a pan and soggy. I didn’t realise it until I bit into it and it tasted off, they refused to do anything about it. Would not recommend going to this store at Sunnybank.

Two days in a roll to try their weekend breakfast set and really enjoyed the coffee bun and Teh Tarik was great too! I asked the staff to give me less sweet version and it goes perfect with the bun.
Bun is better to eat it while fresh and warm.

We had a quick bite at Pappa Roti place. İt's been a while we haven't been in Market Place Sunnybank. There is a great change in the place. A lot of different food and drink shops available. Pappa Roti is one of them. Owner is very friendly. Quick service. Delicious foods and coffee and ice cream. Thanks for the kind service.

Love eating here.
The nasi lemak is a must try - the sambal does vary from time to time but it tends to hit the spot.
The bun has a crisp outer layer with melted butter inside (drools).
The drinks were good but nothing to be spastic about - we had a cold Milo dinosaur and a cold teh tarik.

Whenever I visit sunnybank, I think I wouldn’t leave without buying one of their signature coffee bun first.
After heating it up, it’s delicious!!!!!
Recommend the original flavour first!!!
