every event i have attended at this spectacular venue, has been nothing but perfect!!! the food is delicious and extremely consistent. the venue is immaculate, with a splendid view that is one of a kind. the friendly staff are always inviting and accommodating, with great service each and every time! highly recommended for every event, from weddings, to birthday parties, to buffets! whether it’s a romantic date or bringing the whole family along, kids are always warmly welcomed! cannot wait to return 🙂

I would like to thank each and every staff member for making my daughter’s 16th birthday in May an unforgettable birthday party.
The moment I spoke to Kayla to book in the party it was clear that nothing was too much trouble.
Thank you to the owners, Kayla, Dave (Chef) and the team for their willingness to accommodate our menu and especially for those with allergies.
The staff were amazing and attentive on the night and ready to assist. It's rare to find such amazing service!
The food was nothing short of exceptional!
In a time when outstanding service can be hard to come by, the service was definitely amazing!

Our son and his new wife had their wedding reception at Panorama House last Saturday (31.5.2025). It was amazing. The room with its beautiful outlook over Wollongong, the food and staff were wonderful. We could not be happier. Thank you to all the great staff who helped plan and execute a truly memorable wedding reception.

The view is top notch. Only issue is the super bright lights were on, but at least it didn’t entirely block the view.

Average Italian food at fairly expensive prices. For the prices the food can be better. Wine portions are decent.

We dined elsewhere earlier so we were quite full already and needed to pack the leftover portion. However they do charge you to takeout your food if you cannot finish them.

We celebrated my husband's 80th birthday there today in The Pacific Room and the event was enjoyed by all our guests. A very big thanks to the management and the staff who looked after us from day one with all the preparations.
The surrounding view, the food and the lovely venue made the day a big success.

Overall average experience - lots of back and forth via emails and still confusions were present about what was discussed in emails and contract. please be aware if doing self catering , they will charge you extra for service staff which we only were made aware of explicitly 1 week prior to event

I am writing to express my disappointment with the service provided at your event hall during my recent visit.

While the hall itself is beautiful and has potential, I was very dissatisfied with several aspects of the experience. The staff were dressed inappropriately for such a venue, which gave a poor impression and did not reflect the elegance of the hall. Furthermore, the quality of service was below expectations — the staff were not attentive or professional.

Most importantly, the food served was of poor quality and did not meet the standards that were promised or expected. This significantly affected the overall experience for me and my guests.

I hope you will take this feedback seriously and work on improving both the staff presentation and the quality of food and service. A beautiful venue like yours deserves better management and attention to detail.

I celebrated my 80th birthday with over 50 happy guests on the weekend in The Pacific Room overlooking the beautiful ocean view.
The staff looked after us, the food was great and I hope to celebrate there again on my 90th birthday God willing 👍
