Great location with proximity to Kings Beach, boardwalk, main street, restaurants, shops, etc. The beach is right out front which means the views from this unit are spectacular (third floor). Interior looked/felt new (couches were great). Air conditioning/lift/speakers were also available. Complex had a nice pool and bbq area great for kids/dinners. An all-round unit for a great family holiday.

Large, clean, and super affordable. This unit was absolute beachfront but the price did not reflect it! It was clean and had a great kitchen, balcony and living area, with two bedrooms (one slept 2, the other 4). 2 bathrooms and a full laundry - washer and dryer. ||3 minute walk to Kings Beach, 10 minutes to centre of town for markets, shops and dining.

Great location with good views. Very convenient. However,the television was inoperative the first night (5 remotes to choose from) when we got it on the picture became increasingly red and occasionally disappeared altogether. Kitchen appliances were all complicated to use. There was no dining table and we had my 85 year old mother with us, so perching on a bar stool or eating at a low coffee table wasn't ideal. Obviously designed for people who eat out. The view helped us to overlook the odd decor and appliance quirks.

We choose this on lastminute.com not sure what to expect but thought it would be good value for money. It certainly was, had great views and was only a few minutes walk to either Kings Beach or Caloundra proper. It was clean and had everything we needed. The comfortable leather couches were a bonus as usually these kinds of places don't have nice furniture. We will certainly go back next year. We stayed in Unit 12.

Absolutely fantastic position. VIEWS +++ . Walk to main street - Caloundra. Board walk to Golden Beach. Surf just out the front, accessible without crossing a road (Kings Beach- patrolled) . Sleeps 2 couples plus 2 children. Freshly painted throughout since we last stayed six months ago and the new artwork is a bonus.||Can highly recommend. We will be back - the owner obviously cares about presentation

Very disappointed. When booking this unit, I contacted the letting agent with my concerns about the cleanliness of this unit, due to reading a previous tripadvisor comment. I was assured that the matters had been rectified. We arrived at the unit after a 10 hour drive and it was obvious that the matters had not been rectified. I contacted the agent and was advised that due to the date, cleaners could not be contacted. We then had to purchase cleaning products ourselves and spend the first couple of hours of our "Relaxing Holiday" cleaning the unit. The unit is showing it's age and needs attention. The location of the unit was good, just a pitty that we got off to a bad start.
