Even if this would be the "Last place" left in the world i would not stay here again.. i prefer staying in GRAVEYARD not very far from the property...... he wants to charge us double cleaning charges for leaving one or 2 plastic bottles and tissues here and there..i got confused whether we were guests or cleaners by end of our trip...not sure for what exorbitant cleaning fee of 580 dollars was charged...if u want to stay in jail than go ahead and read his rule book first... coming to facts now... 1. language used by the host to communicate was DEROGATORY, rude and unacceptable 2. Never take pregnant lady with you in the group or they ask them to place on ground floor... now host will decide where to place people in the house.. not to forget kitchen/living area is at level 1 2. Kids could be injured even if they accidently put their hand here and there while sleeping on upper bunk beds on top level. Cieling fan was too close to bunk bed 3. Garage door to be opened manually as button never worked. 4. Top floor has no air con and this was never mentioned in advert..they want us to open windows and invite mosquitoes to stay in property... 5. They want us to keep floor mats stain free.....whereas basic purpos is to wipe feet..... in nutshell.. Do brainstorming before thinking about this property. And ya do not forget to read THESIS on house rules...
