This was a humble, welcoming apartment with all the basic amenities for an extended weekend away. We stayed here for its close proximity to the Jezzine Barracks (start line for the Townsville marathon at 4:45am) and the Strand. The kitchen had all the basic utensils for cooking meals. We didn't get an opportunity for additional towels but that wasn't the end of the world. Courteous long-term neighbours that weren't rowdy or loud. Great stay

Very comfortable, clean and spacious apartment. The two bedrooms were perfect for my husband and myself as well as our son. Great location short walk to alot of shops, Castle Hill and The Strand. We'll be back next visit, highly recommend. Thank you.

The unit smelt of stale cigarettes, was so bad had to cover my nose when walked in was unhealthy. My husband just had lung surgery and couldn’t bring him back there if we had to stay longer in Townsville. The owner would not offer any refund, told me to go to booking.com

The room was ok except for, the constant smell it had that made us feel sick and we couldn't work out what it was, we bought a candle to try to help and air freshener but that didn't work, the cushions had stains on them, the doona had a big stain on it too, the main door was broken at the bottom there were stains on the wall, so not 100% sure we will book again in the future when we stay in Townsville

Spacious Apartment perfect for families. Modern Furniture. Good Value for money if you're looking to stay on budget. Close to most beach. Great fish and chip shop just up the road. Kids will love the pool.

Stayed at palm waters for 7 weeks with my husband. We were visiting family and the swimming pool was terrific fun for the grandchildren. Our one bedroom apartment was spacious with full kitchen facilities, comfortable bed and all of the staff were lovely and friendly. It’s close to the strand, rock pool, cafe’s and restaurants. We’ll definitely stay here again.

The team Mario, has great facilities - holiday units. Very close to The Strand and a short distance from the TSV airport.

The facility it self has Pool and decently clean.

I am glad with our stay will consider again.

There were 5 of us traveling including 2 young kids. We enjoyed the apartment as it had everything we needed -space, full kitchen ( it had even a grater and containers, which is rare), personal laundry facilities( which is a must with two little ones). The apartment was two levels, but kids actually loved the stairs)) the staff was very friendly and helpful. We could also walk everywhere we needed ( shops, cafe, rock pool, grocery store, water park) . We loved it and will stay again!
