The most incredible experience, thank you Kristi! I tried the pilates & massage duo and wow. I love pilates and getting that 1:1 experience really honing that mind muscle connection truly took it to the next level. Finishing with the most relaxing & soothing massage capped the perfect experience. The space is an instant relax zone and Kristi takes such care and attention with every visit I have had, each experience different but exactly what I needed in that moment. Thank you for providing such a safe and comforting space and experience. Could not recommend more!

Kristi has created a warm and aesthetically pleasing sanctuary with Palm Massage Studio. Walking in I felt instantly soothed and relaxed. Kristi is very knowledgeable and happy to pass on advice and tips to help with functional movement and make you feel at ease. I attribute my pregnancy massages with Kristi to being able to move well and stay active right up to the end of my pregnancy. I would highly recommend as a treat to yourself ?
