We were up here for a touch football tournament and when we arrived we were told that Oz tag have all just left and now touch have come same day. You couldn’t tell as everything was spotless. The foyers and lifts are all presented perfectly. You can tell renovations have happened. Our rooms furniture was a little dated but during our stay we had furniture swapped over so they are definitely in the process of renewing the furniture in the apartment we stayed in. The service is amazing. Simone was so lovely from the minute we arrived. Our daughter got sick and we asked for a roll out bed so we didn’t have the kids sharing a room when one was sick. This was no trouble at all. Didn’t charge for the extra bed the whole time we stayed here. Simone did everything possible to accommodate us. The weather was torrential and they had extra towels out near the entry and plastic bags to put wet dirty shoes/boots in. I would definitely recommend Simone and her team. Thank you for looking after us.

Great views, that's the only positive thing. Dirty, very outdated and filthy furnishings. No wifi, insufficient towels. Were given Turkish towels as bath towels!. Very dangerous balcony, surely not up to building code. Could not possibly have small children in the apartment. Windows filthy, no espresso machine. TV in main bedroom not working. Staff at front desk nice, but general service very poor. Obviously all apartments in the building are different, this one was not good.

Unfortunately, could not sleep|A shower window screen falling off the rail.|Balcony door lock was not working|Cd's and DVD's left in unit randomly|No clothes hangers available!|Rust covered bar chairs!!! |Could not take a bath because of rusty looking water running out of the bath tap|A paint left in wardrobe|I am not sure what other units in rental pool looked like but our unit was in desperate need of maintenance.||Our family has requested an unit on higher floor but the Receptionist lady told us there is an extra charge and this is the accommodation we paid for.|I also told them those pictures of the accommodation on the Website are not the same compared to our unit.|Unfortunately, I was told to contact the accommodation website. So I did.||||Not sure if they were really intrested to listen||Go

Fantastic views but it ends there.
- incorrect WiFi details for room. Needed it urgently for work/school assignment. Called reception and out of hours number several times but no one ever got back to me. Waited online for 30 mins to THEIR internet service provider sorting out THEIR issue. Wonder how they deal with other issues?
- dirty linen
- no light in dining room
- outdated 80’s furnishings.
-balcony glass wall is very low and dangerous. There was a broken shattered glass panel. Don’t stay here with kids

Not impressed for the money we paid and would not stay here again.

Old apartments very well maintained, with the most spectacular ocean view. Very clean spaces, kitchen well equipped. Location is fantastic, beach front in a quiet street. Perfect for a relaxing holiday. The only thing I did not like much was the balcony veranda which is lower than standard and could be dangerous if travelling with small kids. Other that, I highly recommend this place.

We have just checked out of this place, stayed in two different apartments over 10 day period (back and forth due to work). Apartments are spacious, clean and airy. View to the sea is spectacular. They are wonderful for a family. The pool is amazing and the tennis courts are great for the family. However, the best is the way Jaz and Simone treat the guests, massively caring, professional and attentive. Definitely the best team. Thanks Lisa

Stayed in July 2023. We were upgraded so I would hate to see the original room allocated. The room was so dated and furniture from the 80’s. The screen door to balcony didn’t open and had to get manager to fix it the next day. The TV signal dropped out the first night. The kitchen was not cleaned to a acceptable standard. There were greasy marks on kitchen drawers which I had to wipe off. There were stains on cupboard floor from the kitchen bin which a good wipe with cream cleanser would have removed or made better. The main bathroom still had the used soap in the shower from the previous guests. The toilet brush had disgusting yellow scum around it on the floor which I definitely was NOT going to clean so I moved the brush to cover it. It definitely was not worth the $400 per night we were charged for a 3 bedroom unit 804. Not of the photos on the website are of this unit. If you take any notice of reviews please take my advice and stay somewhere else.

The apartment was beyond expectations. The view was stunning, the living area was extremely roomy, lovely furnishings. Very tastefully decorated. Two bathrooms and a laundry made our stay comfortable. The kitchen, overlooking that, did I mention, gorgeous view, had everything we could need. They even provided a cute basket with picnic paraphernalia and binoculars to look for the sprays of water from the whales . Then to top it off, the manager Simone was the probably the best manager I have ever come across. Genuinely friendly and helpful. We had a bit of difficulty with the internet and Simone would respond to my texts instantly. She was apologetic and sincerely tried to solve the problem. We loved our stay and would highly recommend.
