This is a great place, managed by super hosts.||Clean and quiet, with large apartments fully equipped. But it is the location - right on the beach - which is the winner. No roads to cross to hit the water and the rooms looked directly over the surf. And away from the bustle of main beach / Broadbeach.||Shops walking distance Marie’s pizza highly recommended. Yes you will hear planes taking off and landing, but they’re not 24hrs.

Our favourite place to stay on the GC. Ann & Allan make you feel so comfortable and go out of their way to make your stay as great (and long) as possible.
Highly recommend for all age groups.
Close to cafes, Surf Club - and now has a great pathway beachside you walk for miles...

Nice beach front apartments run by a lovely couple Ann and Allan. They gave us a room upgrade. Good wifi. Well equipped kitchen. Super pool to chill with BBQ in the lawns. About 10 minutes walk to tugun shops and eateries. Very close to GC airport. Will revisit. 9/10

Lovely place to relax and enjoy the beach and its views. The rooms were comfortable and clean and the kitchen was well equipped. Walking distance to shops and eateries. Staff were friendly and even delivered pastries for Christmas. Will definitely visit again

We stayed in unit 27 on level 5 - 2 Bedroom Ocean View Superior - not complete ocean front but just one unit back from that. Fabulous views of the ocean and north along the beach curve all the way up and beyond Surfers Paradise.|The unit itself has a useful kitchen, a combined laundry/bathroom plus an ensuite. Both bathrooms have recently had a nice modern renovation. The |The Tugun shops are a flat 5-10 minute walk north - our favourite eats were Caribou Cafe, Sticky Rice Thai, Captain Hook’s seafood, and Lucia Tapas Garden (Spanish). |The 700 bus on Golden Four Drive goes north and south very regularly, plus the 760 gets you to/from the airport, so no real need for a car. |The managers are super friendly and helpful. |We really enjoyed our stay and will be back.

Booked directly and Carol offered us apartment 30. Great views south down to Coolangatta. If you enjoy aircraft, excellent for Goldcoast airport take offs and arrivals. A tidy apartment with a well equipped kitchen. Shops, restaurants and beach all within walking distance. Apartments are in close access to lots of hinterland activities. And Tugun still has a nice vibe!!! Thanks. Will travel here again.

We had an absolute beachfront apartment and it was stunning! It is right on the beach, the apartment had everything that we needed... and a view to die for! It was clean and modern. Management were helpful and friendly. We walked along the beach of a morning to the nearby cafes. Such a relaxing stay, we would definitely stay again.

The self contained appartments have everything you need. Well maintained & right on the beach. The pool is well maintained & Ann the manager is friendly & wonderful. We were so impressed we have already booked for next year. This place is paradise ?
