Absolutely awful - DO NOT BOOK HERE.|These apartments do not even maintain BASIC hygiene requirements.||We found the room in such a state that we didn’t feel comfortable staying the night and left. ||We contacted the apartment to request a refund and no response. Very unprofessional. ||Refer to the photos which shows:|- Blood on the wall in multiple locations|- Hair/pubic hair on the underside of multiple pillows, clearly unchanged sheets|- Dirty feet marks on the bed covers, clearly unchanged|- Hair and mould in the shower, not even remotely cleaned|- Stains in the carpet||Absolutely revolting and disappointing.

The bed was comfy. Our room had one remote for 3 Air conditioners. The complex is lacking serious maintenance. Elevator was not working. Had to carry our luggage up 7 flights of stairs. Leaking pipes in the parking. The view is nice from your balcony.

Pics make this place seem more spectacular than it is.
The room was ok. The laundry was dusty - was not game enough to use the washing machine.
The shower had soap scum all over it & had hair on the face washers. Outside our room the balcony light cover was left on the floor and didn't move our entire stay.
Clearly an apartment complex that needs some serious TLC.
On a positive the view from the balcony of the sunset and sunrise was spectacular

The whole place is just run down and filthy. From the car park to the elevator to the room itself. Carpets stained, room had an unpleasant odour, windows had not been cleaned in a long time to the point were you basially couldn't see out them. Dishes and cutlery were disgusting and not clean at all. Everything that was touched left a grimy feeling on your hands. Looking over the balcony at the lower level balconies with lots of tiles broken and lifting everywhere. Maintenance seems to not be a priority there. Parking was hit and miss, many people left to park outside the complex. Chose to stay here to scope the place out to potentially buy a unit here. Glad I did, as I will not be buying there, ever.

Our superior room had everything we needed- spacious bedroom and bathroom, washing machine & dryer & kitchen with a decent sized fridge. |Parking was easy & service for getting in was good. |Parts of the building were a bit run down like entrance to building and lift but it wasn’t an issue for us. Pool was good but lacking some atmosphere. |Overall however accomodation was perfect, room very good & well equiped. We enjoyed walking down to beach nearby to tidal change.

The staff at Pacific Sands Apartments were incredibly welcoming and accommodating. The studio apartment was impeccably clean and equipped with essential appliances such as a bar fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster, and even a sandwich press. The air-conditioning was highly effective, ensuring a comfortable stay. Additionally, I appreciated the availability of extra pillows and blankets in the cupboard.

The pool and BBQ area were well-maintained and provided a pleasant atmosphere for relaxation.

While there isn't an on-site restaurant, there is one conveniently located within walking distance.

We knew would be arriving late and made sure to call them and let the staff know. We got there and there was nobody there and no answer on the number to call. We found a lovely staff member that was trying to go home and she got us in. Went to the room and there was no air con. Went back down to the poor staff member was well and truly wanting to go home . She got us into a second room but maybe only one night come check in the am. Got to this room and the door wouldn’t lock. Managed to fix that and head to dinner . Woke up in the am and got moved to another room which was falling apart to say the least. Plaster coming off walls. Very poorly maintained and looked after. Nothing like the photos online. The only saving grace is the staff were so apologetic and kind ..

Our apartment was of decent quality but walls and doorways were the dirtiest I've ever seen in a motel / apartment. |Carpet had not been vacuumed and neither were the lounges, there were crumbs and several food (?) stains not cleaned off. Made us think of who's been here before and what is safe to touch? Not the feeling you want when trying to relax!|Not sure if the bathroom had been cleaned or just 'freshened' from previous guest - there was remnants of soap in the shower and bits of hair that had been missed in the clean, also the bath mat and hand towel didn't feel fresh in spite of being neatly folded - so I'm doubtful considering other things were obviously dirty.|Tiled floor areas were clean.|The bedrooms and bathrooms were pleasant, overall the apartment was well appointed, but felt dead, not colourful at all as seen in the pictures. The lamp shade in the living area was torn/broken.|Other little things broken such as lift button and signage in the lift, just felt like a bit of a dive all round due to poor maintenance and poor cleaning.|Well appointed kitchen|Good quality dining table and chairs|Good size TV in the living|Could be a really nice place to stay if the cleanliness and maintenance was improved.|
