Hated community is a pain to get into the first time with a very unhelpful woman running the units.

Positioned right near the airport and main road it was a bit noisy, but otherwise very happy with what we got for the price. The apartments were very spacious and well equipped for a family of four. Could have used a few more dinner plates and more cutlery as we cook a lot. It was nice to have proper lounges as other places we have stayed have had wicker chairs as lounges. The bed was amazing. The WiFi was slightly patchy a couple of times, but mostly fine for streaming. The pool was fine. It was 3 minute walk to the beach, but a decent walk to a patrolled beach. 5-10 minute drive into central coolangatta or tugun for shops. Good secure underground parking with remote.

Great place for families, very spacious and most importantly very clean. All the appliances were working and the air conditioner was great. Locked up garage for the car with 2 keys and a very clean swimming pool. Will definitely come back next time

We stayed for 9 days in July 2019 at this gem that was close to the airport. The apartment had a gorgeous ocean view with a short walk across the street to a beautiful, quiet beach. The apartment complex was also quiet and relaxing. Loved the balconies. The only thing that wasn't perfect was that the wifi was spotty/not accessible throughout the entire apartment. The owners were FABULOUS (they took over the week before we arrived). They were wonderful and did everything they could, especially when we forgot something, to make our stay amazing. The price was great as well. I highly recommend this place and wouldn't hesitate to stay there again!

Great apartment - clean, cool, beautifully decorated. It is right on the beach (across a road). And the staff (Dani) is amazing - accommodating, responsive, knows the area well and has great recommendations. We will definitely stay here again.

First impressions of this place were very good. Rooms were clean and tidy, plenty of space for the 7 of us and you couldn't hear any airport noises inside. But there was a lot wrong. You have to pay to use the aircon, the WiFi doesn't work, there was rotten food left in the fridge from the previous people, the majority of the blinds over the windows were broken, as well as towel racks, bedheads, etc. We paid to rent dvds because the tv had no signal, but we could only watch either in black and white, or colour and no sound. We asked someone to look at it for us and the man who came to "help" was extremely rude and dismissive, and basically told us we'll just have to deal with it. Also the "heated pool" was not at all heated. Overall I feel like it wasn't worth the $335 for the one night.

Stayed 2 nights. Nice quite unit close to beach. Reasonable walk (or short drive if you are lazy) north or south on coastal walkway to range of restaurants. Staff were very helpful ( thanks Dani). Three room unit would be great for families, and best value for location and facilities in area.

Very nice spacious rooms with own washing utilities . Was staying on business and I was lucky enough to be up the road from work. Love the little balconies that looked over the water a bit. And Aircon was fantastic . Internet was a little poor but that could be different on devices conected. Management did however show me it was in fact on the NBN soo maybe I just had bad luck. Speaking of management the guy who runs the place was very kind and helpful. Even with my booking system failing to work and having him work with me to fix the issue. Would recommend to others to visit and enjoy the stay .
