Fantastic views and very clean. My rooms had two balconies and a small patio, two bed rooms and two bath rooms split across 5 levels. You get used to the stairs but rooms not suitable for you if you have difficulty with them. Easy walk to town, tougher up the hill back.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The well maintained 70’s/80’s decor took me back to memories of childhood holidays. The owners are friendly and accommodating hosts who made us feel very welcomed. The apartment provided everything you could need and the views out over oyster farms were great to wake up to in the morning. Convenient location only 2min walk to shops. My only complaint was that Wi-Fi didn’t work well from the front of the apartment, but when towards the back it was fine.|Highly recommend

Excellent apartments. Great view, very clean. Mike has done all the hard work ensuring your golf expedition goes off without a problem, Excellent cooked breakfast catered for each morning, A short walk down to pub, clubs restaurants. A bit more severe getting home with a few shandy's onboard . But you can get the courtesy bus from various clubs Without a doubt a great place for you next golfing holiday as a matter of fact any holiday.

We were placed in a lovely 3 bed apartment, with a living and dining area offering stunning views of the harbour. The price was very good indeed for what was offered and included balconies to the living area and main bedroom. There was a lovely shared saltwater pool on the terrace and a BBQ area. The staff were great and very friendly. Merimbula by the way is a stunning place to visit.

Home away from home.
No.13 unit is the best by far! Heaps of storage and double mirrored wardrobes. Bedroom with amazing views of the lake and ocean. Lounge room with balcony and seating area-perfect for whale watching season! Full kitchen also with inside and outside seating area, again perfect view of paradise.
Walking distance to the boardwalk, shops and the beach.
Outdoor pool on site with BBQ area- super clean!
Parking space right on your door step and under cover.
Heaps to do and see, spoilt for choice with cafes, food and drinks.
Locals are super friendly. 🙂

Probably the best value for money holiday accommodation we've had in many years. We were there during school spring break and the kids loved it. Fantastic views (likely the best you can get) of the Merimbula Lake and main beach, well appointed/maintained units, within a walking distance from the attractions and shops, and a very nice manager (Mike).

This was comfortable accommodation with amazing view over the estuary, lake & ocean. It was 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom, 2 small balconys with table & chairs, full kitchen, dining, lounge & carport. The only thing is its not suitable if you have any mobility issues as there are 4 internal staircase's to each area.

Three story apartment with fantastic views and perfectly placed in Merimbula. Good value for the money. If you have problems with stairs - this is not the place for you. The care-takers are friendly and helpful and keep the premises well-maintained. Pool is nice.
