Do Not Stay at this accomodation!|Absolutely dirty, terrible smells in room. No hot water, No mattress protector on the bed, mould and dust on windows. Broken tiles on every tiled area outside. Complex needs to be demolished. |THE WORST PLACE ? I have ever experienced.

After at least a dozen phone calls trying to find pet friendly accommodation we came across this fantastic motel. Wow walking into the room it was so clean. Tiled floors with 2 queen beds (very comfortable). Outside was a grassed fenced area for our dog! Nice quiet location. There are several dog friendly rooms with individual yards - fantastic for travellers - thank you we will be back

Having no one to care for our puppy, we needed to find pet friendly accommodation with a private fenced off area. Although quite pricey ($265/night) for a motel in the middle of nowhere the pics on their website looked like it would tick the boxes.. |in hindsight I should have spent time to read google and trip advisor reviews and not rely on the website. Yes it had a private fenced off yard. But the conditions? How they can justify charging more than an inner city Sydney 5 star hotel is mind boggling.. the decrepit 1970’s decor tells the tales of travelers past thanks to the layers of crud and dust coating the surfaces.. the missing door chain and broken lamp making one wonder what those filthy walls have seen.. the bathroom was in need of a renovation about 15 years ago and appears to have not been cleaned properly since.. fortunately the excessive amount of flies, spiders and bugs distracted us from focusing on such features and we spent as little time as possible in the room, checking out the minute check out opened. On a positive note - the aircon worked tho the bucket outside to collect the dripping water did have a dead lizard in it. |My biggest regret - not reading the reviews. |Do not do it. |Nb. We did not bother complaining because upon checking in we did then read the reviews and knew we had zero chance of getting a refund nor any better option offered so attempted to make the most of our bad decision however warn future travelers.

Our skate team needed overnight accommodation close to Erina Ice Arena for a competition. The property is fine for a cheap bed, but could use a good clean and some attention to detail and basic amenities.|The desk was unattended when we arrived mid afternoon, but when we rang the number a lady came trotting out to check us in. She was very helpful and friendly, but fairly clueless - turned out to be a friend of the owner helping out while they were on holiday.|Grounds were very nice, and the area is quiet. Rooms were fine - beds and pillows good, window coverings dark enough. However, the details let them down. The fan light in the bathroom can be heard from the next room , and sounds like it is going to rattle out of the ceiling. |The cleaning is clearly perfunctory - layers of dirt on flat surfaces like power-point panels, and along carpet edges and skirting. |There is no fridge. There IS a kettle, however the power cord does not reach the power point, and we had to go and beg for a cup and saucer to go with the random handful of teabags and sugar sachets thrown in a dish.|Of more concern is the fire fighting equipment - a mini fire extinguisher tucked in a corner out of sight in the corridor (though every room does have outside access for quick exit).|Overall good value for a cheap stay when all you need is a bed for the night, but needs a good clean.

I was looking for pet friendly accommodation to explore the local beaches regardless of the weather. Pet friendly is limited but I thought this looked ok. I knew it was basic. It cost me $200 for 1 night and that was bargaining the price! The beaches are lovely the accommodation was very disappointing and i don’t often review but i can’t let this one get away with it. Housekeeping had just finished. I was advised to open the doors to let the floor dry. I got one of dog towels towels to dry the floor. It was more than dirty! I showered with thongs on. I’m leaving early in the morning to escape. Even my dog is crying! The gardens are unkept. Everything is deteriorating. My dog couldnt even walk outside because of the bindis. I know, she’s precious !

So shocked that after having booked 2 months ago to attend a very special family occasion, they cancel it a week out because they took a larger booking. How is this even allowed - or moral Clearly by reading the other reviews the owners have no idea about the hospitality business. Avoid.

Stayed here 4 years ago and wasn’t too bad thought will go back again and shouldn’t have! Waited at reception for 15mins with other guests before someone showed up to check us in, staff were just outside appeared to be having a sit down meeting, they could see us waiting but ignored until they were ready. I even called the hotel number to try to locate someone else to check us in, then they finally walked over to attend to us. They claimed my gov voucher over the phone when booking prior to arrival then they tried to charge me the full amount when we arrived. Room smelt bad as soon as you opened the door, tv didn’t work at first, balcony privacy separator was see-through on one side and doesn’t even have proper coverage from rain. curtains don’t block out morning light or the balcony light that you can’t turn off. You can hear the main road, the fridge must have been unplugged as there was water all underneath and inside. Milk pods were over 6 months EXPIRED, how!?. One teaspoon and the coffee mugs were kept in the fridge so they were cold? Mattress was the WORST I have ever seen, completely sunken in the middle and base legs snapped. Did not sleep at all. No one at reception at check out to complain too. Never going back, may be cheaper than other hotels but it’s not even worth this price!

Daughter and son in law stayed Wed 5/10 and were disgusted with condition of the rooms. Mould and and hair in kettle, toilet did not flush, shower full of mould, no lights only one lamp and rooms smelt mouldy and dusty. Upon arrival reception was closed (this happens) and they accidentally found a small notice with a phone number to contact manager to find out what room they had. Hotel should be condemned. Happy to discuss should manger wish to make contact
