When I met with Jules for a consultation she provided me a quote which included treatment around the cheek, jawline & neck area. When I arrived for the treatment she advised she was only performing tasks around the jawline, some on the cheek & the rest would be covered in the second appointment. So she basically performed half or what she had quoted me on & charged the quoted amount which I thought "oh this must be payment up front"?! So when I went to book in my second appointment for the remainder of my treatment Jules advised there would be an additional fee close to $400 because it wasn't included in the quote. The first treatment she performed made no results so I didn't bother going back as I am pretty outraged by Jules lack of professionalism, poor performance & products.
