Had Oz Chicken for lunch. My family often gets it for either lunch or dinner now and again and its so good. We usually always get deal 3 (2 piece, chips and a drink with a small potato & gravy) The chips are fresh and delicious. Chicken is always juicy and the gravy is amazing. Also staff there are always so lovely and welcoming. Highly recommend trying Oz chicken.

Although this shop is only small, there deep fried mushrooms and chips are the bomb. The mushrooms are my all time favourite and yes there have been times that I have travelled 2 hours to get some. I try and get some of the seasoning every time I go but have no luck lol. The door buzzer is annoying but worth it just for the mushrooms and chips.

The staff are absolutely amazing and extremely patient- my son with additional needs uses a communication device to speak and every staff member has assisted him with his communication by allowing him to practice here and not once has he been rushed. The place is very clean and the new menu boards are great. You can see how much effort is put into ensuring every customer has an enjoyable experience. The chips here are beyond delicious! The salt keeps us coming back for more. The food is affordable and portions are great. We highly recommend them and thank them so much for taking the time each time to make sure my son is able to communicate with them and make him know and feel that he is a valued customer.

Ordered through menulog charged $22.49 for the supposedly family chips but got a large and store wouldn’t do anything about it
I called the store and spoke to the rudest manager

Foods ok.. Gravy is 100% hit or miss daily.. but my god the prices are insanly expensive for what it is .. service is very very lacking a smile would be nice but it comes back to prices . Have a look yourself..

This place undoubtedly has the best fried chicken and chips in the west (I'd go so far to say in Sydney). The chicken is consistently crunchy on the outside, tender on the inside and perfectly seasoned. The chips are never soggy and the lemony chicken salt will change your life. Don't be put off by the store's humble appearance or the dodgy area the shop is located in, it's well worth the effort. TIP: ask for hot & spicy seasoning on your chicken and chips!

The staff are very welcoming and lovely, even when there are difficult customers. I would choose Oz Fried over KFC always.
