Went there to visit on 26 December 2024- 30 December 2024. It was a very nice stay we got a nice view of the balcony. Smart TV. a small laundry space with a washer and dryer. Had 2 bathrooms. The bedrooms have their own closet. the Hotel had a GYM. swimming pool with a spa I recommend the spa for kids as it’s small and has the fun bubbles. Stores are close to it. Has an elevator parking for the people who are staying at the hotel. I recommend going there with your family.

I recently stayed at this hotel and found the location to be perfect, offering easy access to nearby attractions. The services provided were top-notch, with staff going above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay. However, the rooms could benefit from a bit more attention to cleanliness. A thorough touch-up would make a significant difference. Overall, a great experience with just a minor area for improvement.

I just finished a 6 night stay and was very happy.
Initially at the start of the stay there was an issue with the room type as it was not what was requested.
Fiona from Oxygen went above and beyond to fix the issue. My mate and I were very happy.
Loved having access to the pool and spa.

Loved the room, however it was lacking in general kitchen supplies to be able to be self sufficient. Wasn’t a huge problem though. I asked at reception and they supplied what they were able to, quickly. Leo at reception could not be more helpful or friendly.. I will definitely stay again if I need to stay in that location. In walking distance to St Andrew’s Hospital, but be warned.. it’s al up hill. I rode an e-bike up the hill and walked home . Easy walking to queen st mall, but big hill to get home. $10 Uber. Good value, good size rooms, good aircon.

Great location within walking distance to city. Our apartment was spacious and well equipped with everything we needed for our stay. Parking was a bit confusing , but we eventually worked it out.

These apartments are in a good location, close to CBD and transport links, free parking is great and the staff at check in were friendly. Unfortunately, the positives end there.|We were in a one bedroom unit. It faces the street and was extremely noisy all night There is no soundproofing at all. The air-conditioning thermostat would not work - so cooling was full on - and we froze, or off and we cooked. | between the street noise the lack of temperature control, sleep for the last 4 days has been rather scant! | We could not sit in the settee - it was so worn out we got a sore back in a few minutes. Cleaning was very superficial - housekeeper clearly does not see in the corners! It is the first time I have ever had to go and ask - twice - for toilet paper arriving at accommodation. |In summary these apartments are very tired and badly in need of a re-fit. Many of the photos do not reflect the apartment we had. |I don't like writing such a negative review - but it is only fair to warn other potential guests what to expect. |
