We did the Byzantine Package at Ottomans Turkish Day Spa and it was absolutely incredible, it exceeded all expectations! The staff were extremely professional, the amenities were spotless and the overall experience was amazing. We felt completely relaxed and taken care of from start to finish. My visit to this Turkish bath was truly exceptional. From the moment I stepped in, I was welcomed with warmth and genuine hospitality. The atmosphere was calming, beautifully maintained, and the perfect escape from the everyday hustle.

A special shoutout to Emma, Nur, and Sue – they were absolutely amazing. Friendly, professional, and so attentive, they made me feel completely relaxed and cared for throughout the entire experience. Their energy and kindness added so much to the atmosphere and really made the visit memorable.

And I can’t forget to mention the lovely aunty who did my exfoliation – she was incredible! Gentle yet thorough, she worked with such care and skill that I left feeling brand new. My skin has never felt better.

The entire service was flawless – clean facilities, well-organized, and an authentic Turkish experience from start to finish. If you’re looking to truly unwind and treat yourself, this place is a must. Five stars all the way – I’ll definitely be back!

Ladies only during the day, be comfortable being topless for treatments as everyone is in the one room.

I had the Byzantine package the day before mother's day, there were lots of mums and daughters there which I thought would make a good mother's Day gift.

The package itself was so luxurious and perfect. 1.5 hours for the treatment is the ideal amount of time and it is value for money compared to likewise day spas in the inner west charging much more.

Thank you Oz for my treatment, I will definitely recommend this spa and return myself.

First time at the spa today with my friend and we were blown away. It’s such a beautiful experience. We drove for an hour to get there, were greeted with a smile and shown what to do. Best to wear a 2 piece as you are pretty much topless throughout. My lady was Sylvia and she was so sweet. Beautiful strong massage, gorgeous aromas of oils and the bubble bag was out of this world! Oil in the hair and just a decadent treat all round. Can’t wait to go back and highly recommend you give it a try!! I only wish it could have been longer!!

3 friends and I had a wonderful experience yesterday, my friends gifted the Turkish bath package to me for my 60th birthday and we all enjoyed the pampering. We were looked after so well, the facility is very clean and the staff took good care of us. The soft bubbles were incredible. Thanks ladies 💜

Ladies life is too short not to experience this again and again. Gorgeous clean space recently renovated with great facilities, treatments and very experienced warm staff. We emerged sparkling. Thank you Ottoman it was well worth the 🚗 and I will be back. ❤️

We have been to many hammams in the world and this experience was truly disappointing. We paid for the most expensive package which is the Sehrazat for 290$ per person but we only received the Bourness Package which is 180$. This was a gift for my wife so she didn't know everything that was included in the package i bought so when she got back to the hotel and explained the treatments she received we were both disappointed. If you want to experience a real hammam, look elsewhere. Unfortunately there aren't many options in Australia.
