I stumbled upon Orchard Day Spa as they are open in the evening. I’ve just had the best facial. My skin is clean, feels light and healthier. Excellent technique used and was thrilled when instead of leaving the room as many do when a mask is put on, I had a relaxing massage of my décolleté, neck and head. I will definitely be back!

My experience was fantastic. The staff is very kind and make me feel comfortable all the time. The pack include back scrub, back mask all body moisturizing, relaxation massage and the best part was the classic facial, it was amazing and very professional. I come back soon

I purchased the Orchard Princess spa package for $229.30, which lasts 110 minutes. It includes a massage, facial, and foot bath/back scrub. Unfortunately, I feel that the service I received was not worth the price. I had requested a deep tissue massage, but instead, I got the GENTLEST massage I've ever experienced and I am a regular massage spa goer. It felt like the masseur was just applying oil to my back. I asked twice, with a significant gap in between, for the massage to be firmer, but there was no change. She predominantly used her palms, and the pressure was lacking. The back scrub consisted of applying soap and a hot towel, which was quite underwhelming. The facial was decent compared to the massage and back scrub. Overall, I won't be returning, and I can't recommend this spa. ?

Giving it 2 stars for the effort and the facial.

The interior is clean and sophisticated, perfect for a special occasion. I used the massage, back scrub and back mask package, and the staff were highly skilled and I was able to relax. Next time I would like to take a facial course as well. Great location, great service. I will definitely come back ❤️❤️

We got a couples massage and had a terrific experience! They were accommodating and kept serving us drinks and cookies.

I like how they weren't rushing and made sure we were comfortable with the experience. The masseurs were a bit intimidating with their tatts (we're not used to it) but they were sooo nice. Highly recommended and will visit again.

Do not go here. Take note of all the negative reviews, they are a true reflection of the service provided. Booked massage and even rang to confirm. Turned up and there was noone there to do it. Waited 45 minutes and had to leave because the owner wouldn't answer the phone and noone knew what was going on. The single worst experience with a day spa/massage i have ever had.

This is the best place for a relaxing massage in Sydney, from the first appointment to the end, super welcoming reception, perfect massage, in every aspect, I was able to relax and relieve all my tensions, super comfortable room, and very friendly staff. I was very well attended to

Don't waste your money, massage by inexperienced boy, charged $175 for 90 minutes that went for 65 minutes. Going by theyre reviews, they post theyre own reviews as the responses have no names , it's a poor business module if you have to post theyre own reviews just to get custom.
Go to Thai massage on Bathurst Street - it's Better value and a much better service as they will give you a real massage.
