ONA Coffee is hands down one of the best cafes I’ve ever been to. From the moment you walk in, you’re greeted with warmth and genuine hospitality. I have to give a special shoutout to Jason— WOW. his customer service is absolutely exceptional. He always takes the time to chat, get to know you, and make you feel truly welcome. He’s incredibly sweet, speaks so highly of his co-workers, and you can just tell he’s an absolute asset to the team. He brings such a positive energy to the space.

The food here is very, very nice — you can taste the quality and freshness of the ingredients in every bite. Their Turkish eggs were the BEST I’ve ever had anywhere (so I was a bit sad to see them off the menu), but honestly, everything else I’ve tried has been impressive. The coffee? Out of this world. Smooth, rich, and clearly made by people who care about their craft.

And the vibe? Something else entirely. It’s got a unique atmosphere that you really don’t find anywhere else — relaxing, welcoming, and just so cool without trying too hard. I’ll definitely be back again and again.

Perfect spot for a brunch date, especially if you like coffee. They're known for their coffee and they take it seriously with a barista experience for counter seating, premium quality and an impressively extensive drinks menu.

Food-wise, I recommend the tteokbokki French toast which was such a creative combination of textures and flavours! I also really enjoyed the smoked salmon eggs benny, and the dutch pancake was lovely.

Amazing experience with the barista preparing exquisite coffees directly in front of you. The shop is set up with bar tables around barista stations and you get to interact with them while they are making your coffee. The raspberry candy is excellent for milk based coffees, incredibly fruity and sweet. Also loved the pour over coffee, with massive selection of speciality beans to choose from. Thoroughly enjoyed our time here.

I appreciate the baristas’ knowledge about coffee but unfortunately their services aren’t the best 😊

I waited in line to pay but once arrived at 1st line they asked me to wait in the table (as they said they’ll bring the check) — but it took another FOREVER for me to wait in my table as they did not coordinate — and I ended up have to ask again.

They seemed to appreciate customers in group who’s interested in coffee more than solo visitor like me. Coffee-wise I’d say they are ok, but I’m definitely not going back due to poor services.

Amazing coffee and food. The raspberry candy is definitely one of my favourites. I also like their filter coffees, very light, fragrant and smooth. It has a very relaxing outdoor space and it is dog friendly.

Amazing experience at Ona. Really relaxed vibe and friendly staff. Although I didn't book ahead online, I was able to get a seat indoors in 15 minutes (go early).
Its worthwhile waiting to sit indoors as the seating is around a few coffee machine stations. It's quite interesting watching them make the coffee, almost like science using scales - they take their coffee seriously.
As a non coffee drinker I enjoyed the experience and enjoyed sampling the coffee. I went with a coffee connoisseur and the feedback was Raspberry Candy is a one of a kind blend with fruity notes not easily found in cafes. The food is very good, I ordered off the specials menu.
- Toastie $16, tastes very healthy and I like how they have prepared the bread. One piece is toasted and crunchy, the other piece of bread is toasted lightly. A nice play on texture.
- Turkish eggs $24, bread has a nice crunch and the eggs are perfectly cooked. The sauce is intersting. It's not a big dish but delicious.
The service is impeccable, the barista manning the coffee station is multi tasking so if you want their attention a smile will do. I read some other reviews commenting on the service, however to be fair - they need to concentrate on their task and not have customers ask too many questions, distracting them.
I would definitely bring out of town guests here for a great experience.

There is a 10% weekend surcharge but well worth a unique experience.
Plenty of off street parking, the venue is situated on a light industrial area away from the main strip.

ONA Coffee is, without a doubt, the best specialty coffee in Australia! The quality, depth of flavour, and craftsmanship that go into every cup are exceptional. Whether you’re a coffee snob or just love a great brew, ONA never disappoints. The food is also excellent—beautifully presented, fresh, and flavoured. The combination of incredible coffee, delicious food, and a welcoming atmosphere makes this place a must-visit. Highly recommend!

Wonderful coffee shop with extremely knowledgeable baristas. They are so professional and literally made making coffee an art performance.

Filtered coffee and seasonal special coffee are all great.

It’s noticeable that they also provide the tools they use for sale.
