Such a beautiful café with a cozy atmosphere We got a couple of hot chocolates that tasted amazing, and the owner was a very friendly man who was up for a chat with every one of his costumers ❤️ there was live music while we were there which made the vibe even better - and the owner also asked us to leave our personal favorite french recipes in a book he had! Absolutely loved it, just sad we had to run for the train and could not stay longer ?

A cool, non-touristy cafe. The owner seems really nice and makes great coffee and breakfast. Also had homemade banana bread which was delicious. The atmosphere is homey.

Such an amazing gentleman. Super friendly and kind. We visited there a couple of months ago on a very cold morning. Since we are from Sri Lanka, we aren’t accustomed to cold weather. The gentleman was quick to pick it and even offered us a ride back to the station, in case we get stuck in the cold. He gave us quick tips and recommended more places to visit in the surrounding. Want go back just to have a nice chat with him while having a coffee. God bless him

We happened to stumble upon this hidden gem on a cold and foggy morning. Entering the venue we were greeted by the owner who is friendly and warm and the definition of just a carefree and easygoing bloke.

For coffee lovers, this is a place that you want to visit. The coffee tasted woody, smooth and deep, but not sour or too bitter. Imagine drinking a warm hug...

For people who love the atmosphere, this is a place where you can just feel at home. An old pub that's been refurbished and filled with history, trinkets and other odds and ends, it has an alluring atmosphere that's just able to make you relax. We came here on a Sunday where there is live music which only makes this place so much better. The fire place was amazing, the gentle smell of wood and smoke almost intoxicating, honestly the whole vibe of this place felt almost like a dream that we stumbled across.

We didn't order any food only had coffee but definitely will come again to experience this little place we call 'home'.

Great café with an amazing and unique atmosphere. The owner gave us some great tips to make our day in Katoomba enjoyable despite the bad weather. But most importantly, he encouraged me to try out his mixing table in the back, which made me discover my hidden talents - I immediately quit my job as a teacher and won’t be going back to Germany any time soon! 😉

Called in to check this cafe out on the way back to Sydney today and was so glad we did. A rare gem of a place, topped off with the amazing, interesting and most genuine cafe owner you could imagine! You can tell how much the owner cares by the time he takes to stop, genuinely greet and and chat with every person who walks in. Funky, eclectic, friendly, welcoming and great coffee/tea and food. If I lived in the Mountains it would become my regular haunt!

I was just passing by the street & saw this cute cozy cafe. From the moment i walked in, the owner was so welcoming and he was super friendly. I had the hot chocolate, banana bread & it was too good ?. The local musician was performing & his voice was so soothing as well. ? Overall, everything was perfect, had a great time there.
