Oliveto truly exceeded all my expectations, creating a memorable experience that will stay with me for years to come. From the moment we arrived, we were met with outstanding service that made us feel special and valued. The food was nothing short of incredible – each dish was crafted with such care and flavor that it felt like a culinary journey. The atmosphere added an extra layer of magic, with the beautiful setting lending a perfect backdrop to my baby sprinkle.

Although the cost was on the higher side, it was undoubtedly worth every penny. I chose to hire some additional decorations, but to be honest, the venue itself didn’t need much – it was already breathtaking, with its elegant décor and warm ambiance. What stood out even more was how attentively the staff looked after us; their dedication and attention to detail didn’t go unnoticed, making the entire day feel seamless and well-coordinated.

My guests were absolutely delighted, and many remarked on how it felt like a triple-A experience. Oliveto didn’t just host an event; they created a truly special celebration that made me, my family, and friends feel cherished. It was a day filled with joy, laughter, and unforgettable memories, all made possible by the incredible team at Oliveto.

The service was uncomfortable. I have been here 5 times; the food is always great, and I love the environment and vibe.

However, last night’s service made me very uncomfortable. It rained heavily, and the restaurant started leaking water. The leak was just at the table behind us. I found it interesting, so I recorded a video. It affected our dining experience, but the waiter quickly helped us change tables, so all was good.

However, the customer at the leaking table, Karen, criticized me, saying that recording the leak video was not nice. She started lecturing me, saying, "If I were you, I wouldn't do that; it could negatively impact the restaurant." ? I understand she got splashed by the “waterfall,” and she is the victim, but I told her that she's not in the video, and it is not her business to tell me what to do.

Then she started telling the waiter (maybe the manager) that I had recorded a video. The waiter then came over and apologized to us for the inconvenience caused by the leak. Up to this point, there was no problem, and I could just ignore that Karen customer's annoyed behavior.

I told the restaurant that the leak was no big deal, just something amusing. She said it wasn’t funny and hoped I didn’t record a video or post it on social media. or say anything bad about tonight. She said she hoped there would be nothing negative about the restaurant. I said, “Sure.”

But she kept asking me repeatedly, “You’re not going to post it, right? There is nothing negative right？” I asked her, “Are you doubting that I will post it because of what that Karen lady said? What evidence do you have that I have already said something bad？Is this the service I’m paying for?” The waiter then walked away as if nothing had happened, without any apology.

I had strongly recommended your restaurant to my friends and even shared about your excellent dishes on my blog, and I had no intention of posting any good or bad review about the leak.

I feel that whether the review is positive or negative, it shouldn’t be dictated by your staff. The leak caused by nature wasn’t your fault, but your attitude & service are the problem，it made me feel like I was being ordered and “threatened.”

⭐️I am writing this review because I want to let you know that if someone wants to visit this restaurant in anticipation, this restaurant may not meet your expectations⭐️

This was my first visit today. I paid for more than $500, but all the service was the worst. The waitress was very rude. The middle-aged bald hair man who looked like the manager, and the bespectacled male waitress (who in my memory had a beard) were the main servers of our table. and we were very dissatisfied. When swap plates, every time he put the plate on the table, there was a loud dull sound. His behavior was too wild that I felt like he was throwing the plate. and when the wild move collided with my cup of water, I looked at him and he didn’t say sorry. He just smile slightly.

We were the first to book a dinner at 5:30 p.m. and the restaurant was very busy as if it hadn't organised all traces of the morning's wedding. It wasn't the first impression the restaurant i had hoped for. I had high expectations for Google's good reviews, even though it was a casual dining restaurant in the neighborhood, and I wanted to give my parents a nice day, but your restaurant ruined it. I never visit again. if you want your restaurant to be worth the price, you'll have to do a quick job of cooking and educating the staff properly.

The best thing about this restaurant is the water view. THAT'S ALL.

Love this place, been coming here for many years. Alessandro has done an amazing job bringing some authentic and delicious italian food to this stunning spot.

Every single time I’ve been here it’s been consistently amazing. The staff are friendly and easy to communicate with, while being extremely helpful.

Can’t go wrong with anything on the menu.

I will dine here for as long as you guys stay open.

Good quality of good, impressed with the truffle lasted for the special of the day Here to celebrate my boyfriend’s birthday, friendly staff and lovely ambience.

The only thing to note we visited on Saturday night and there were few families having birthday party here, can be noisy. Group of kids in the ladies bathroom screaming and yelling loudly, which was quite annoying in a such beautiful place.

It is a blessing to celebrate mum’s 96th birthday when we nearly lost mum Feb 2022. The staff was very attentive to our table of 10. We ordered almost everything but were too busy celebrating and consuming the delicious lunch and literally forgot to take images. Everything was just perfect for mum. My medium-rare steak was cooked to perfection. Perfect mum, perfect weather, perfect atmosphere, perfect crowd and perfect service. Highly recommend! And we were able to bring in our own mum’s favourite cake. Extremely accommodating.

There is a 10% service charge of booking of 10 or above which is a very odd charge and $5 pp to bring own cake.

I love this restaurant, an ideal choice for lunch or a romantic dinner. Its location is perfect, offering ample parking and a serene ambiance within the park. The menu is fantastic overall, though the lamb gnocchi might be the only exception, I did not enjoy that.

Great place for a date or even host a function 🙂

Disappointing and rushed.

The dishes are ok. Expensive for the lack of quality in flavour.

The ragu tasted exactly the same as the prawn hot pot sauce… perhaps because the same Tomato base was used? Also, hardly any beef in the ragu. Roasted potatoes seemed old and soggy.
Regardless, most dishes they lacked depth of flavour.

The service was rushed and you couldn’t get their attention.
When they did arrive they didn’t listen well (even brought a dish out which we didn’t order).

This was highlighted when our waitress (Monica) cleared a plate and my wife’s entire cutlery and my knife whilst we were still eating!! ? their minds were somewhere else.. certainly not on the customers.

Honestly, very overrated.
Unfortunately, we won’t be back and certainly not recommend.
