Front of house lady & the young ladies that serve are amazing, so welcoming & delightful, the chef is friendly & takes the time to make sure everyone is happy & satisfied with their meals. Such a friendly, wonderful, family oriented place to eat. Delicious food & yummy ice cream to finish off the night & the cocktails are great too. Can’t wait to go back!!

Booking was easy. Service was good. Parking was limited.

The tables were clean. Tables are very close together which was a little bit uncomfortable. The food was decent but their range is lacking. It's about $48 per person.

They also have a robot that brings food to the table, however it looks really beaten up and cracked.

Wouldn't really recommend.

This restaurant is set inside a beautiful building on the main strip of Wagga Wagga. The space is clean and with plenty of seating inside. Come here to get some delicious food. Don't expect to be transported to Japan, but the food is still great. It's great to see the staff provide a high level of service, professional and courteous, despite being busy. Very reasonably priced menu, with an all you can eat as well.

This place used to be so good. Service was amazing, not so anymore. We visited 13th April 2025, table of 6.
Tables/chairs are too close together. Makes it very hard to get up when robot delivers food.
Robot didn't come close enough to the end of our table, so we had to get up.
Service was extremely slow. Very disappointed as we would have liked more food & drinks. Had card out for service for 20 minutes. No one came near us.
Once we were ready to leave, we were then asked if we wanted anything.
No option to pay cash, as there was a sign advising so. Paid by card, with a surcharge.
If we visit again, it will be takeaway only.

Just visited this restaurant. As a chef, the food here is the worst. The service is the worst, too. The dried and fried dumplings were not crispy at all. The steak came out cold. It is said that the steak was served as soon as it was cooked. If other people say it's not, I think they're racist because they're Asian

My recent dining experience at Okami was fantastic! The restaurant offers an extensive menu with a wide variety of Japanese dishes to choose from, including sushi, sashimi, tempura, and more.

The all-you-can-eat option is a great value for the price, allowing you to sample a wide range of dishes without breaking the bank. The service was also impeccable; the staff was attentive and friendly,especially Afin she ensured that our dining experience was enjoyable from start to finish offering a great smile.

Very powerfully obnoxious odour upon entry, staff members were hard to understand, service was very slow.

The QR code is a great idea however it was annoying when you have a larger group and it prevents you from ordering enough serves to surfice, servings should be larger for bigger groups. 8-10 pieces of meat per plate for a large serve is pitiful.

3 plates coming out every 10 -15 mins for a table of 8.
Needless to say we left hungry and annoyed!

We are very big fans of Okami in Victoria but this has fallen well below the standard we are use to for such an expensive price point for a lunch

The place is reasonably priced but beware!
Service is incredibly slow and there is a large chance you won’t get your moneys worth!!
We sat for 90mins and between 4 of us only 12 small dishes arrived out of over 30 plates we ordered (dishes are very small) and the place was empty! We arrived at 515pm and we were told to leave early!
My friend ordered a sake 50mins prior to leaving that never came and they tried to charge us for it anyway.
When expressing my concerns to the staff (of which they asked) they were incredibly dismissive and more intent on getting us to leave then trying to fix the issue.
Buyer beware!! Not worth your time
