All the tables are very dirty and one of the staff was super rude, ordered from table then came to us with no karaage chicken, so we asked to swap to chips only, didn’t even apologise and went back to kitchen. Came back with a small plate of chips costed us $7, unbelievable. First time try but would be the worst try. Over prized and bad customer service.

Amazing place to dine for a brunch. The Western / Japanese style breakfast was the reason I first went here to try. To my shock it is really good! I admit, I was expecting the food here to be too weird.

The big breakfast and eggs Benedict is delicious. Highly recommend trying. The chicken katsu (fried chicken) is an extra for the eggs Benedict but totally worth trying out.

The coffee, especially the cold coffees are amazing.

A hidden gem inside Westfield Mall next to spec savers. Nice coffee, delicious breakfast and friendly service. What a great day to start our day at 7:30am
It may get busy during the day. I'd suggest getting here early.

So good! The coffee was perfect. The staff were polite and had fast service. Very clean with all tables being wiped down immediately after service. It was nice and quiet inside. It felt very relaxed. The cakes are pretty expensive. Slice shown was $10. The coffee is a normal price, the same as everywhere else pretty much. Will absolutely be returning to try the breakfast menu.

Nice coffee and early in the morning when no one opened theie shop! Thanks for the nice coffee and chicken filo. The team is diligent and meticulous...no doubt .
I find the food is a bit costly, but then so must be the rent of the place inside the biggest shopping mall in the Northern suburbs!

I went to Chermside branch last Sunday around lunchtime with my partner. No one served to seat. We saw some empty seats but the tables were all dirty, no one clean the table. I ordered the eggs benny with avocado, it was the worst eggs benny i have ever eaten in my life. Eggs benny always comes with poached egg, both eggs I had today was not runny at all! It was overcook boiled egg. For the Hollandaise sauce, it just taste like heavy cream flavour, doesn't have any lemon flavour inside. For the avocado, it is still not ready to eat, it is very hard and bitter. I really disappointed with the experience. Would not recommend.

My go-to for tea and breakfast at Chermside. Mum makes the BEST scrambled eggs, glossy soft delicious and crisp bacon you don't break your teeth on! Generous pots of tea and very tasty lunch menu. Michael and the other staff are friendly and welcoming. Great coffee, too, for the "coffee snobs" 😉
