Been living here for years and now I find myself not bothering to go to the clinic when I'm unwell because I cant recall the last time my appointment was on time, even when its quiet you will wait 20+ minutes past your appointment time but if you're late by 5 guarantee your meeting will be canceled.

My appointment had been altered again but as usual, no one had contacted me to let me know. When my appointment time did fi ally come, I had to sit around and wait because there was no doctor on site as she was at the hospital. Terrible communication by admin staff and abrupt, rude and disrespectful attitudes shown no one particular staff member when questioned about times and appointments.
